Called into this restaurant at almost 3.00 pm after driving over 200 miles that day. Even though it was nearly their closing time we were given a table and were not rushed in any was. The food was excellent as was the service. Will be returning very soon.

During our stay in the Hotel Vittoria we had dinner in their restaurant twice. It was a pleasant experience. First the restaurant staff is excellent , courteous, knows their work. Limited menu but excellent food quality and flavor. Ambiance sofisticated but warm and welcoming. Was the best dinner experience we had in San Giovanni Rotondo.

In this "Braceria" you select the meat you want to eat at a counter and your selection is roasted in the kitchen - similar to the way you find in Cisternino (Province of Brindisi, Italy), for example, but in a modern ambience. The people are friendly in this recently opened eatery.
