My family and I visited Barberino de Mugello on a Monday evening which was not a great idea as most restaurants are closed. Having wandered for a good while we found Barone Rosso. It appears to be mostly a venue for locals - which we obviously werenât- but we were extended a warm welcome and offered a table for dinner. A friend of the restaurantâs owner became our waitress as she spoke good English. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable meal. We all had pizza and they were all delicious. At the end of the meal we asked whether a taxi could be organised- it couldnât- but a member of staff insisted on driving us back to our hotel!! For service above and beyond expectations we thank Barone Rosso and would recommend it to anyone.

The food was great and was outstanding value (â¬40 for the two of us). We had simple starters of a bruschetta and another of two sauces (spinach and mushroom) served with crostini - both we're delicious. We followed this with two pasta dishes which were of the usual high standard of Italian bistros.The only reasons for the 3 stars are seeing waiters smoking openly and the closeness to the main road. Not an issue, but it does separate the average from the good.

Good pizza and very nice owner. We had a great time, and it looks like a nice pub as well. Don't forget to check out the butcher on the piazza. Nice young couple running the place with quality italian meat! Advised us this place

Given the fact that this place is situated inside of one the biggest Outlet chain malls here in Italy, the food served was tasty and good enough, whereas usually this kind of location use to sell pre-cooked dishes or average ingredients at best. Dishes are well presented in modern manners but for example the pasta we ordered was slightly uncooked. Bread served was genuine as it was made with same dough that they work to make pizzas. Our pizza was really not bad but still not the best one I ever had. I recommend this place only if the mall is already a planned destination.

Rivasud is a very nice place where you can have a pleasant dinner. The building itself is awsome.Typical italian/tuscany food, pretty good though my meat was a little overcooked. Nice and friendly service despite a little bit slow.Regular prices.

Beside the quality of clients, all drunk and talking loud and loud, we have experienced a very terrible service. Waitresses were always talking and chatting, and never taking care of the hall. They were not even poring wine or beer. In the end, we'll never come back !

We had lunch at this cute restaurant. Seven homemade pasta choices plus four different toppings for crostini. We got great pasta with salmon, homemade ravioli, crostini topped with fresh salmon, vegetables and Brie. Yummy! Plus a bowl of delicious vanilla gelato to close out this meal.

Restaurant looks very informal and relaxed . They are pet friendly and noticed a couple had a dog sat very quietly under a nearby table and was no trouble at all.The pizzas are lovely and good choice of local wines . Very good value for money.
