It was a wonderful experience to goto Dispensa and have lunch with tradition Tuscan specialities! Itâs high quality products and varieties and the Andrea Parrini the owner is a great, very simpatic and give you a warm welcome ! He can explain you all the varieties of Tuscan cheeses, hams and wines and itâs a good value for money... I was very happy to be there and I bought some bottles of Chianti wine according to Andrea Parrini recommendation. itâs a very agreable and intimist place in the heart of the Chianti ,Tuscany, I love this paese ! Grazie Andrea! Caro Amico!

No regrets stumbling upon this gem of a restaurant in our road trip around Tuscany. Delicious tuscan fare, large portions, decent prices. The menu changes from time to time - it is posted on the board outside and on the wall inside the restaurant. It is not in English, but the staff will try their best to explain each dish in English. Service was amazing...! They kept coming back to make sure we are well taken care of, and made excellent recommendations on their dishes! House white wine is delicious! Came right from the local vineyard around the area. Parking is a little bit challenging, but if you cannot find parking in front of the restaurant, ask the staff inside where the next available lots are, they will be happy to help out. Worth to come here for a great tuscan meal!

The Pasticceria Chianti is a good spot to refuel in the middle of a busy day sightseeing the region. Overlooking the main square in Greve in Chianti, they offer delicious cappuccinos and itâs a recommended spot to try the cantucci with the Vin Santo, Chiantiâs sweet dessert wine. All the homemade pastries and cakes looked really appetizing as well.

We stopped here for a light lunch because it was on the square and was many people were there. Unfortunately, both our meals were so not good that we left most of it. I had bruschetta and my partner had pasta with vegetables. The tomatoes on mine were tasteless and his had a bad flavor. Our server, of course, noticed that most of each dish hadnât been eaten and commented something to the effect âyou didnât like?â and we both said no, we didnât. No attempt was made to suggest something else or adjust the bill. Obviously, wouldnât go back.
