Went there by recommendation of our hotelier. We asked for a great view and great meat. The filletto di manzo (sth close to fillet Mignon) was very tasty and first time in Italy - cooked as asked, medium-well (everywhere else you ask for it and still get it medium-rare). The dessert - chocolate mousse - was also good.

La Tenuta Bacco a Petroio, propone piatti tradizioni e curati in ogni dettaglio dalla preparazione alle presentazione, con ingredienti a Km 0.
I was brought to this restaurant by some florentine friends...and what a find! This agriturismo business is a small vineyard in chianti that provides accomodation, vineyard tours and a restaurant with a menu beyond compare. It was so difficult to decide...while sipping a nice dry prosecco I decided on a tartare of tuna with shavings of white truffle...then I couldn't avoid the gnudi di fiorentina. And boy...I was not disappointed! Che meraviglia! It was wonderful...so...of you ever pass this way you must stop and pause and enjoy the experience.

Family-style agriturismo: they will generally have a choice of two or three dishes (which vary each day), but each will be excellent. Same is true for beverages (they always have their wine but may of may not have soft drinks or beer, depends on the day!). But regardless of that it was our preferred dining place in the region; you just need to adapt to the concept and experience it more as being at a "Grandmlothers's table" than in a restaurant! Above all (really), perfect service by the waitress; you will not find anyone even half as efficient and charming in the whole of Tuscany in our (of course limited) opinion!

After a lovely visit to the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum, we had lunch at Convinci. We had a fantastic welcome, excellent tasty vegetarian lasagna and a cheese platter to die for. A selection of cheeses from the region with fig conserve, strawberry and rhubarb conserve, sliced pear and fresh grapes. Each cheese was a taste explosion! Later, the charming waitress, seeing my interest and delight in the cheeses, brought me a small pot of ricotta cheese with truffles, normally used to put in other dishes. There was so much cheese, I could not finish it, so a "doggy-bag" was provided and kept in the fridge until we returned from walking to Leonardo's birthplace. I cannot recommend the hospitality and quality more highly. Six stars out of five. Thank you so much.

I had a great time in this place for a casual work dinner with colleagues. Very comfortable furniture and decor, airy atmosphere. Great friendly service from top notch true professionals. Tiny portions of fresh high quality ingredients combined, cooked and presented in very original manner. This is a VERY light dinner of high quality for a surprisingly small price considering the preparation and study involved. Careful - not everyone will appreciate talking more than eating, choose your companions with care!!!

The location is simply beautiful, nestled in the hills overlooking the valley. Service is excellent, consistent of their Michelin star pedigree before they moved about 6 months ago. We had the game and meat menu. Presentation and food taste are excellent. There are a few deficiencies however, in that I found a small piece of bone amongst the rice in the risotto and my wild duck was way too dry. My wife, who had the meat menu, had to visit the bathroom twice during and after the meal. It could be the wine of course. Overall I think that the food is very good, the ambience excellent and the service without parallel.

Somewhat difficult to find. Go up passed the Leonardo museum. You have to go down the stairs. Family owned. Locals go there. Very small terrace ... 3 tables of 4. Service is a little surprising but efficient. Food is excellent. Wine list .... you will see. Stick with the Rosso. If you want to pay with a credit card forget it no connection. Sorry cash only !

We decided to book to stay for one night, we have never stayed at a place like this before, to say the very least we were overwhelmed with joy when we arrived, the staff had good english, showed us everything, tokd us the best roads to take into town, the pool was realky nice to sit around whilst enjoying a nice bottle of their own branded wine, when we checked in we were asked if stayibg in the restaurant for dinner and would we like the fu 25⬠experience, which we did, this meal was wonderful several courses of delicious homemade food. We (3) stayed in the Madonna room it was ample room with own bathroom, nice hot shower beautiful outlook, in fact we enjoyed our stay here so much we returned for another night 6 days later, we were remembered and had equally great service. We were in the Leonardo room this time it was slightly bigger and looked out toward Vinci. If you are reading this review, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed, do yourself a favour and stay

We are a happy farmhouse, surrounded by the green hills and peaceful surroundings. We offer our typical food in our typical restaurant as egg pasta with boar meat or duck or mix of meats (bovine and pork), Fiorentina steak, biological vegetables from our
This is the best place to go in Vinci! They have fixed menu with a season veggies, meat and cheese appetizer, 2 first dishes depending on the season availabilities and then grilled tuscan meat! They produce everything on their own! They are 2 young brothers, who give you also the possibility to sleep into the structure! It is an Agriturismo in the middle of Tuscany countryside, so close to the Vinci center. The price is fixed as well, drink excluded, I am not sure, but I remember it would be around 30â¬, it is such a good price for all the good quality food that you will get here ;)
