Great atmosphere for late night eats or date night (if you score a corner booth).Order an Aperol Spritz or two and you won't be disappointed. The burger selection is amazing in both variety and substance. The plating is really quite lovely and better than you'd expect in a pub. Every single thing was underseasoned, though. Everything needed salt and pepper as a start and a little heat would have been welcome too.

We stayed at the Villa Castelletti and ate dinner at the restaurant twice. They were some of our best meals in Italy. The grilled octopus was a delight. The beef stew and spaghetti in lobster sauce were off the charts. The local house wines were amazing along with a fantastic and most accommodating staff. Loved it!

"Le scuderie de l'Antinoro" are a magic area. Out of time but very near to main roads. Twenty minutes from Florence, thirtyfive minutes from Pisa. An accurate restoration of a building edificated in 1860 for the horses of the King of italy in the short pe
I've eaten here a few times and for a casual restaurant their dishes are 5-star quality! The pizza is excellent and the pasta/meat/seafood dishes are truly gourmet cuisine. Their ingredients are fresh and the chef has a creative flair that shows through. The service is impeccable, their waiters are professional and friendly. The reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is the ambience. This restaurant is located in I believe what was once the horse stables of a large estate of one of the area's ancient noble families. The main dining room is expansive with high ceilings. Although well furnished and pleasant I feel it's a bit cold and impersonal. The lighting should be warmer, perhaps some candles on the table, some nice jazz music in the background could make the atmosphere more intimate. There is a smaller adjacent dining room for those ordering full meals (not pizza) and it's much cozier. There's a fireplace in this room with a couch in front and is the perfect dining experience for chilly evenings. The restaurant also has other rooms and outdoor spaces where they host banquets, weddings and other events. All in all, highly recommendable for the excellent food!

This restaurant is only a walk away from both Signa and Lastra a Signa and is hidden away off the main road. Pizza is one of the best in the area. Will definitely return.

Lovely family run, country-style restaurant. The huge steak, shared amongst the three of us was one of the best I have ever had. Great ambiance, eccentric host and memorable food.

The restaurant is located in a fifteenth-century former convent, set in an enviably beautiful position amidst the rolling landscape of the Florentine hills. The building has since been modernized and adapted to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
This was a lovely and large restaurant with a very nice choice of regional specialties. Our group of 9 enjoyed each of our meals and the wine selection. A few staff spoke English which made communication easier and we felt very welcome and unhurried

Found this restaurant off the beaten track ! Could not have been better took our five children arrived to a warm welcome quickly seated out in the open. No sooner had we arrived out came a glass of cold bubbly. A bit different to what we are used to but no menu this time! they just brought platers of food one after another!! Cold meats all types cheeses bread ect followed by sliced pork, sausage with lemon, crostini with mushrooms there was 7 of us but we only managed 1/2 very generous and delicious. Pasta course next again delicious the children loved it so did we ! Next to follow 2 big platers full of steak and pork cooked perfect served with roast potatoes very nice once again lots of food. Desert only 3 could manage it was lemon sorbet then to finish out came the lemocello. All in 204 euro for a meal and a night out fantastic place.

This place is tucked away in the Tuscan town of Malmantile. Visited by locals, it is a favorite. Their menu reflects the freshest ingredients of the region and season. Delicious bruschettas, crostinis topped fresh local tomatoes or local favorites like grilled vegetables and fegatini. For "primi" they offer tagliatelle with pistachio pesto, macheroni with mushrooms, wonderful pizzas, clam and mussels sauté and fresh seafood pastas. A wonderful place to eat at with low prices considering the area and the quality.

Casale Ugolini was an unexpected surprise. The view near the poolside is classic, dream, Tuscany. The food was unlike any other on our Tuscany visit. 12 of us at dinner, children and adults, everyone was excited about the multi-course meal, A modern, version of all the classics. Service impeccable. The Ugolini and Bruno family/ownersâ-made the visit friendly/ personal and showed us every detail of their slice of heaven on earth.
