Starting from the Apulian tradition and raw materials, we offer a young and fresh kitchen where seasonality is a diktat. But this does not exempt us from proposing a territorial offer. For lunch, in addition, there is the opportunity to make a quick lunch
In the historic center of Ferrara, there is the Osteria degli Ulivi Restaurant. A friendly and welcoming environment, embellished with exposed old wooden beams. The atmosphere of the hotel is classic and modern located in historic center of city. The waitress is friendly to customers, the food is fresh of season with very good taste.

We came for dinner because they only open at night. The pizza has thin dough and it's what I like. They offer so many flavours that it took me a while to decide which I should order. The portion is quite big for me though so I took the leftover home and the next day after putting it in the oven it still tasted good. The thing I didn't like about it is there was no window so it was stuffy inside. We sat next to a table full of kids and they were loud so it was kinda difficult to talk to each other.

We recently had dinner here after walking by and noticing the great decor. The food is modern and inventive. All dishes were described to us in detail, and the service could not have been better. Everything was delicious! One of our favorite meals in Italy.Thank you so much!

My favorite restaurants in Italy look like Il Sorpasso--casual trattorias where extended Italian families gather for a Sunday lunch. Good food, reasonable prices and kind staff. I love that they bring a number of bottles of wine for you to taste. It feels good here.

Big Night "Da Giovanni" was en excellent choice for a traditional menu with the Ferrara flavours. We enjoyed the six courses and the recommended Nadél 2009. Next time, we will order a degustation menu to experience the creative side of the kitchen team, something which the traditional menu could not offer.

I hope that the owners of Quel Fantastic Giovedi do not change anything about their restaurant (except seasonal menus selections of course). We enjoyed ALL that we experienced including a) our charming, knowledgeable as well as personable young male waiter, b) fresh, well prepared and presented traditional local foods, c) intoxicating local wines and d) value. And many thanks to the complimentary sweets and limoncello offered by the owner. Would I dine here again? Absolutely Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely Yes.

Bravo to the chef and the staff. Dining at Bacillieri is an unforgettable experience. To start was a complimentary cold lemon beverage and a pumpkin cream. We had a polpo and shrimp appetizer which had the finest seafood prepared with great skill and served artfully. Complex tastes accompanied the seafood in all our dishes. Next was a pasta dish with mussels and clams and a perfectly seasoned sauce. Secundo was Branzino , prepared to perfection, Desserts are not only very tasty, but served artistically, as were all our plates. Our waiter was attentive, but not hovering. Very helpful and friendly. And to end the evening we were able to meet the chef and personally thank him, A gracious restaurant with a very talented chef and outstanding staff who truly know fine food, perfect presentation and ambiance.
