I walked around in the inner city looking for a place to find a place to eat after 9.30 pm in the evening. After having been turned down a couple of place because their kitchens were closed I was lucky to find Lucertolo's Ristopub that was located in a side street not far from the main town square. Service was really friendly from the second I entered. They have quite a lot of interesting beers both local and imported. I managed to taste some that I never had seen before. I had a burger and it was great, nothing remarkable but good honest food,

You may not find this handy cafe by name, but by address. The register ticket says Caffetteria 800, not Caffe 800. The sign over the entrance and its little chocolate candy wrappers, served with coffee, say Ottocento. Popular with locals and centrally located just off the main square, at the top of Via Roma, this cafe offers dine-in and sidewalk dining options. The food all seems pretty good, the service was friendly and the prices good. Spring drink specials included a melon spritz! Molto populare!

Had a good pizza here for lunch. Good selection of beers & many pizza's to select from. Good crust & quite tasty. Scugnizzo across Corso Nizza is better however, but they were closed on Monday & Vesuvio was open so we gave it a try.
