This restaurant is in the cellar of the former convent. It is vast space unencumbered by pillars. It is one of the most attractive dining areas I have ever seen.The food too is of very high quality, beautifully prepared and very tasty.The service was excellent with someone always available when you wanted them.This restaurant is a must even if you have to climb up from the main town (and going home is easy!)

We ate here for 4 consecutive days during a recent music festival. Food was great, price fantastic and staff all really friendly! Cannot wait to return next year! Thank you. It is not always easy eating out, especially with 2 children. But everyone was kind and helpful.

We had one of best overall meals on a 2 week European trip here. We got the recommendation from the owner of the hotel we were staying at. We walked from Saluzzo - if it a long walk but worth it if you like to see the sites.We sat on a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley below. The service was excellent and the food was very good.
