Small restaurant, obviously a labour of love. Small team, just two talented and humble women. Small dining room, with a huge picture window into a spotless kitchen. Small menu, big traditional Piedmontese flavours, changes every week. The team offers confident, modern interpretations and presentations, and cook with excellent, fresh ingredients. Mozzarella and tomato salad, pasta, guinea fowl were all sublime. Bread and desserts, made on the premises, were delicious. The olive bread was strong on flavour, though it was slightly under-baked. Good wine list, reasonably priced. Genuine, generous and tireless service from the intelligent and thoughtful team. They provide a warm, relaxed and comfortable setting, including a wheelchair-accessible ramp and bathroom. They deserve to do well. Tip: try the agnolotti.

I had the pleasure of doing a cooking course here yesterday and had a wonderful experience cooking 5 different dishes under the guidance of the restaurant's chef. My partner and I then enjoyed lunch together, eating the food that I had prepared, whilst drinking complementary wines from the restaurant's vineyard. Absolutely delicious! An unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this if you are visiting the region!
