Great selection of teas. Great service and price. Nicely appointed place. Great location (central) in the pedestrian zone of Scalea. Nice to sit either outside during seasonal weather, on inside. Great any time of the day. I highly recommend.

Andando a villeggiare a San Nicola da 20 anni, frequento spesso questo bar. All'inizio i cornetti erano molto buoni e pieni, ma da qualche anno vedo una riduzione. Inoltre quando compri un caffè non ti danno nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua obbligandoti a comprare una bottiglina. Poi molto spesso è affollato e si rallentano gli ordini, ma a volte anche quando c'è poca gente si imballano. Positivo il fatto che è l'unico bar del paese a fare produzione propria. Prezzi da bar sulla spiaggia (per gelati e biliardino) nonostante sia in pieno centro

Da Pietro is right on the beach, which is great for watching sunsets or just the sea. You can sit outside on the deck or inside where they have three different areas. Everyone working there is very friendly and takes good care of you. I know they have a menu but we've usually are there for aperitivo and drinks or coffee and dessert. For us the aperitivo is our substitute for a late lunch always different but abundant. We usually find ourselves here several times a week after our daily walk. Worth a stop if you're in the area.Grazie.

My wife and I have been to the Bellavista many times (we have an apartment in Santa Domenica Talao), and we had a pizza, pork chop, and an insalata mista during our most recent visit there, along with an excellent house red wine. As usual the service and the meal were excellent! In the past we've had various pasta dishes too, all have been consistently outstanding.
