We visit Belvedere each year but this was the first time visiting this restaurant. Everything was great, staff lovely, food exceptional.

Found this place by pure chance. Went to visit the old town in Belvedere Marittimo, on the off chance there would be a restaurant up there, which there wasn't. this place was across on the opposite side of the hill, all lit up. Anna was very welcoming considering we hadn't a reservation, and set up a table for us, the food was delicious and later as we found out, all from the farm. we came back another day, during the day and swam in the out door pool, which is fabulous, the kids loved it as it had a diving board, and enjoyed some more of their delicious treats. if you like meat this is a great eating spot, would recommend and go back again.Dear sir, sorry for my poor english. Your delicious family and you arrived one evening when all the places were reserved, but you were so patient to wait some minuts and we prepared a table in the garden. We are proud that you came back again to enjoy a day in the pool and the restaurant. You are so friendly, your wife so kind and your daughters so funny. We hope to see you again very soon!

We just ate in this fairly chic,up-market restaurant, right across the road from the sea in Belvedere Marittimo, that naturally showcases seafood. The decor was smart, with quality linen tablecloths and serviettes, lovely stone archways gave a tavern effect. The menu had a lot of pastas and dishes with fish. My husband and I shared a cold antipasto entree, with various seafoods,e.g salmon, squid, sardines, sword fish, mussels and calamari;absolutely yummy. There was also a choice of hot antipasto or a large seafood platter to share between 2. Next,my husband had seafood risotto and I chose mixed fried seafood. So tender and tasty, the flavours were superb. To accompany our meal,we had a Chieti chardonnay, that really partnered the seafood well. The young waitress was charming and the 52⬠we spent, was well worth the enjoyable evening.

We ate here after being recommended this restaurant by the owners of the apartment we rented and it didn't disappoint. This is the only restaurant that we saw which has the English translations of the food on the menu. This made our ordering a lot simpler! The waiting staff also speak a good level of English. One of my sons had a grilled veal steak with chips, which was cooked to perfection. The rest of us (2 adults and 1 child) had pizza, which were all delicious. The ice-cream desserts are worth a mention too as they were truly lovely. This restaurant also has a gelaterie (ice-cream parlour) next door which we went to the day before. They serve the most amazing Italian ice creams along with coffee, tea and other snacks. Definitely worth going into as it overlooks the beach too. Gorgeous views! For the restaurant we ate indoors as at this time of year it's dark and cooler in the evenings. We loved this restaurant and would recommend it if you're in the region.

We came here one evening after hearing how good it was, I was very pleased to see there is a childrenâs menu as I have a very fussy 6 year old. We chose a mixed grill and some lamb skewers, my daughter had wurstel and patatine. The food was lovely, the meat was nice and tender and the beers went down a treat. Very friendly and helpful staff and the service was quick plus it was a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

We arrived just a little late for lunch- only one other couple. The host was great - really helpful and great service. Antipasti and both a secondi - tuna and trout. The owner was very helpful - hopefully it will be busier next time. Price is average...

Typical Calabrian restaurant with Braceria and wide selection of high quality meats
Bravi.

We were recommended to this restaurant. The drive up was a little tense, but it was worth it. Our waiter, Guiseppe, was friendly and funny. He didnât speak too much English, but we managed to understand--he was so much fun and spoke with all the patrons. Heâs a a valuable asset to the restaurant. We arrived at 8 and found the restaurant to be quiet. It didnât get busy until 9:30. We sat outside and were able to view the goings on of the town at the top of the hill. This is a lovely spot, both inside and out. One dish in particular, the fusilli with cippolla was excellent.

Servizio lento, prezzi medi.

The restaurant has stunning views over the sea as it is nestled in the hillside. The ambience can be lacking, as can the variety on the menu. However, pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. A good local restaurant.
