Ate here recently with a carnivore friend Wide choice of menu. Opted for the smoked mushroom pasta - excellent choice. Not sure I have a convert vegan but a stuffed friend for the day. Love the company Branding. Friendly staff. Could have eaten everything in the menu based on what we saw as the plates came by for other diners. Convenient location. May the Beat go on!

We visited Knox as part of the Sligo Vegan Food Tour and we got a most delicious dish of aubergine rolls stuffed with some grain and vegetables and topped with an array of fermented veg and sauce on the side. Absolutely fab - I'll definitely go back.

I've been here three times and all were excellent. Twice I was given a sample of something from the menu while waiting on lunch. Burgers, salad, pork schnitzel and cabbage rolls are all excellent and I would definitely recommend trying them. I was given a sample of spiced red pepper soup which was also excellent.
