Esagonal is at Rifugio Sapienza, the base camp of Mt Etna where The Silvestri Craters are present. It is right next to the cable car stop. The restaurant has great views especially if you are sitting at the terrace. The wifi is free. The food is average but doable.The staff could be a bit more friendly though.

Salve a tt!questa mattina mi trovavo nei pressi di Nicolosi e mi fermo in questo chiosco bar che si trova ai Pini di Nicolisi in una posizione davvero fantastica e molto rilassante ....che dire :dovevo fare colazione ma vedendo che all'interno dove era tenuta tt la colazione era pieno di moscerini mi è passata la voglia...ho preso solo il caffè e sn andato via.....vorrei solo dire ai gestori di stare più attenti alla pulizia e alla gestione del locale xché così rovinate un attività ....Kmq io nn mi fermerò più in questo chiosco

Posto carino, ma il personale un poâ disorganizzato. Il cibo discreto, con prezzi relativamente cari. Un consiglio: il vino in calice deve essere sempre servito al tavolo, il cliente deve vedere se effettivamente gli si sta servendo il vino che ha richiesto.

We were invited to enjoy dinner at this restuarant on a Saturday evening. It was interesting to immerse ourselves in the Italian culture and interpret the menu as best as we could. The food was incredible abd plentiful. My son and i split a burger and the staff was more than willing to accommodate my picky daughter. While i did not indulge in an alcoholic beverage, the drink menu was massive. Desserts were the hit if the night. Very pleased.
