Il locale non è molto grande ma come tutti bar del seggio. Ha un arredamento vintage molto carino e particolare. È stato piacevole trascorrere lì un paio di ore.

After a brief tour of the family's enoteca next door, a colleague and I were invited to their pizzeria and ristorante. We were pleasantly greeted by the owner of the establishment with a complimentary glass of prosecco - as were all the guests. The menu choices were bountiful and cleverly presented. Our pizza, the Parma, was promptly served by our smartly dressed and equally cordial waiter. The ensalada semplice was anything but as it was flush with a variety of crisp greens (and purples!) The catch of the day was freshly placed in the case along with an assortment of roasted and colorful vegetables. We thought the cheesecake alla bosco (w/ wild fruit/berries) was going to be the best finish to delicious meal, but the owner again insisted that we join him for another complimentary sweet, digestivo before we left. Can't wait to return!

We recently spent a couple of days in beautiful Napoli and we stumbled across Barril bar on one of the many side streets around the Chiaia district. This place is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in through the rather unassuming street level entrance and down the stairs, you are in beer wine and cocktail heaven!!Alfredo is a perfect host. He's incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome each time we visited. He was very helpful with all of the advice he gave us about what to see and do around the city and he gave us good tips on where to eat.The bar itself is really lovely and has a beautiful garden terrace that would make you forget you were anywhere near a city it's so relaxed. The cocktails are superb (try one of Claudio's ginger mojito's).He also has a really cool selection of local craft beers and some really excellent wines on offer.on the evenings we were there, there was a fantastic freshly made finger food buffet which was complimentary with the drinks. The prices are incredibly reasonable, considering the surroundings, atmosphere and service, so put this place high on your list of places to enjoy a drink during your visit to this wonderful city.
