You should call before heading there, to be sure The Restaurant is open. If It is, You will have a really awsome experience. Located in an XVIII Century Hacienda, sorrounded with old olive trees and a beautiful garden, the Menu honors tradition with today's taste. The Chef is particularly great in making different types Of rice and he also makes an amazing Steak tartare. I have gone several times. And I will repeat!

Restaurante casual donde poder disfrutar en un ambiente amable de grandes productos. Ponemos a su disposición el servicio de desayuno, almuerzo y cena.
Had our usual favourites âCanutitos de langostinoâ, prawns in crispy batter tubes with lashings of smoked paprika mayonaise and simple âgambas blancasâ, delicately flavoured white prawns you just peel and have with lemon. We decided to add to our repertoire and also ordered âvieiras rellenasâ and âdelicioso de cerdoâ this time as well. The âdelicious de cerdoâ was 2 large portions of slow cooked pork that came with home made chunky chips and meat juices and lived up to itâs delicious name. The âvieiras rellenasâ wasnât so good, I imagined it as a Spanish version of coquilles st jacques but unfortunately this wasnât the case. What came looked the part but was smothered in way too much sauce with very little in the way of scallop and prawn which was a real shame. I donât know what goes on in the kitchen, itâs hard to imagine that the same person who can cook such accomplished dishes like the prawn dishes and pork dish can also be the same person who creates such a bad dish as the stuffed scallop one!
Our second visit here for lunch to try dishes we didnât have room for on our previous occasion. We had intensely flavoured mouthfuls of Saam; lettuce wraps with ibérico ham, smoked mackerel and hoisin sauce. Lightly spiced cuttlefish croquettes with alioli, slightly overly reduced vegetable pisto with just poached eggs and a beautiful tinned tuna salad with salty dehydrated black olives. Again an eclectic array of surprising and delicious dishes at ridiculous prices. This restaurant has it all, fantastic value, great food and lovely staff, we make a beeline for this restaurant every time we are in this area now.

La comida es inmejorable: producto fresco, muy buena cocina. Además, el trato es cercano y amable. Al final, otra sorpresa: la cuenta muy baja. Un sitio recomendable 100%
We chanced upon this restaurant located in the Villamartin village of Andalucia, Spain. We were hungry and disappointed to find most eateries in this sleepy little village closed when we discovered this little eatery. And boy, did we like it! There were just a few locals drinking beer and watching a formula 1 car racing event on TV. We ordered Tinto de Verano and all the tapas that we could see in the menu. Everything from Salmon & cheese azul to Jamon york to Salchichon o cho tasted fantastic. We got the feel of the typical Spanish snack from the village. We asked for more suggestions and the waited recommended Carrillada en salsa which were meatballs with gravy to be eaten with bread. It was delicious. Some coffee followed to end the meal. Though the waiter spoke no English, he was very polite and helped us with the menu. We got complimentary liqueur shots before we said goodbye and just loved the entire experience.
