Ristorante Pizzeria Specializzato in prodotti di mare. Ma con attenzione sempre ai prodotti freschi locali
At the Incontro, you will most probably be the only tourists. The place was full of locals, and I was glad that I can speak some Italian. We had excellent and fresh food. No show for tourists. Just the real Italy as we like it. Give it a try and dive into the South.

We stumbled across this restaurant while meandering around Centro Storico. It's situated in a quaint side street, and feels intimate. The menu had a few dishes that were different to the norm for the region. We had antipasti followed by steak in a beer gravy... Delicious! The service was attentive and friendly... Highly recommended.

A few steps away from Chiesa Madre in the historical centre of the city of Mesagne a little restaurant managed by mother and son is born. The restaurant takes his name from the ancient pharmacy "Del Leone" founded in the early 1900s and it still has its f
We stopped here for lunch and are so pleased to have found genuine home cooked food in what appears to be a prettily set dining room. The service was impeccable and our simple lunchtime choices, orecchiette and a lemon and prawn risotto, were perfectly cooked and fresh. Deserts were again made whilst we waited and we were both pleased with our choices. The atmosphere is relaxed and this is a restaurant to that I would want to return to, if only to sample the award winning anti pasta. Full marks for service, menu choices and price.

Although they say they close at 2.30 pm and we arrived with a complicated family of 8 including two baby twins, shortly before closing, we were warmly welcomed and accomodated which meant moving tables and chairs and generally creating chaos, all received with Italian courtesy and understanding. The menu is delightful, examined with mini welcome drinks of prosecco and broschetta. It was difficult to choose; sesame coated 'roastbeef' of fresh tuna (I know, strange name) and then beetroot and fresh anchovy risotto was rich and satisfying... special baby plates of plain tomato pasta were produced without fuss for the smalls plus lots of bread. As the rain thundered down outside, we never felt hurried or hassled, despite it being way after 'closing'. Bravo!

Our meal was delicious due to the chef's recommendations...both fish and wine were well paired. The service was ''sympathique '' and professional. The atmosphere of Pepe Nero restaurant was most pleasant. The cuisine was very much in keeping with the latest trends in fine cuisine. Thank you Pepe Nero for such a fine meal.

In April there are not many places open to eat in mesagne at night, but we ventured into burger eat gourmet and were not disappointed. (Although our preference when on holiday in Italy is to eat Italian!). The burger menu is very varied and if you're like me and don't like cheese, they will leave cheese out of any of the burgers for you! They are HUGE! And nicely presented. They come with a few chips on the side too and they were crispy and delicious. Beers looked really inviting but we were driving, so not the best idea! It seems to be a really popular place, but like I said, there weren't many restaurants open, so it's probably worth booking a table so your not disappointed. The staff really seem to care about your experience, they want to please. They are keen to know if you are enjoying your food and they seem genuinely interested in you. You don't just flee like your just another customer. Thank you guys!

Everytime I go to Mesagne I can't wait to have dinner at Terracotta Food Space. Its colourful and magic atmosphere, together with the excellent food, make my experience unique. I love the idea of combining the british jacket potato with fresh products typical of the Apulian cuisine (and all this for a very affordable price). The service is flawless and Alessandro, the owner, is a perfect host. You should definitively give a try!!!

We recently went with a group of six people on a Saturday. Saturdays are alway busy so important that you book a table in advance. We had 3 of the house antipasti for 6 people and a fondu dish to start. We shared salad, potatoes and one (1 kg) tomahawk steak that was carved table side and finished to your liking on a hot stone in the middle of the table. Good wine selection. Everyone was well fed. We will certainly return.Thank you for your lovely feedback. We wait you soon!
