The picturesque park of Grava is a singular example of Apulian fortified farmhouse of 1726 . The complex was owned SSMonache of St. Joseph , and today has been renovated with a scrupulous attention to maintaining the original features of the structure. It is a picturesque location surrounded by olive trees .
What a fantastic place! Beautiful surroundings among olive and fruit trees. The pool is awesome. Felice was super attentive and made great drinks by the pool. The breakfast is great full of local produce. On request, the hotel would make a light lunch. We were extremely pleased with our choice.

This is an absolute gem of a find. Such a peaceful place, beautifully planted grounds, tastefully decorated trulli, lovely swimming pool and everything immaculately clean. Ten minute drive to Cisternino and also to Martina Franca. Perfect situation for exploring the area.

HISTORY: Masseria Nuova is a 17th-century manor farm, immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of Salento. The song of crickets and the chirping of birds interrupt the peace of a place from another time, where time seems to stand still. The white and wrinkled rocks of the area, the red soil, and a thousand color and fragrance wild vegetation are the framework for the rich historical manor farm complex. COMFORT AND WELCOME: The guest is welcome in comfortable and finely furnished rooms, and pampered by the various comforts the facility offers; Fridge, air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, large private bathroom inside the rooms.
First time in a masseria but it was excellent. The building it self is nice and spacious and certainly loved it. Stone built blends with its surroundings very nice ! The location is in the middle of the Italian county. Is very quite and nice Also the staff are very friendly and trying to make you feel at home. A nice touch is also the use of local products in the breakfast! It is quite far from any city (Francavilla is 4.5km away). Also you have to drive ¬0.5km in dirt road.

Peacefulness and relax surrounded by nature, between vegetable gardens and thousand-year old olive trees of Upper Salento in Fasano's countryside. Masseria Torremossa, situated in C.Da Carbonelli, was built around a little 18th century core used as a farmville; since then it has been interested by several extensions and by a total restoration that led to the present aspect. Due to its location at about 1,5 km from the beautiful sea of Savelletri, in few minutes by car you can easily reach wonderful world-recognized ancient towns as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Fasano, Ostuni, Castellana, Alberobello, Cisternino, Martina Franca. The Masseria, with original furniture, will let you live the apulian farmer's tradition; all rooms (3 double and 1 familiar), provided with private bathroom and every kind of comfort (conditioned air, TV, bar fridge) ,will welcome you in a completely familiar atmosphere. You will enjoy at breakfast farm-fresh produce and tipical dishes and, if you like, follow traditional apulian cooking courses or spend formative days in the fields with a direct personal contact with nature.
Given that masserias are out in the country, it is normal to expect things to be a little relaxed. However, it was difficult to figure out how to go it the facility because the main entry door is always locked and there is no entry sign of any kind. You have to be lucky enough to be let in by the owner. We were not in the main building but rather a side building with 2 rooms in it. We had the air on all night, but it was such a little unit that it was 85+ in our room. It was miserable. Breakfast was good but not great. The pool was nice. The room furniture was old and tired looking. Checking out was equally disorganized.

The Masseria is immersed in a wonderful expanse of olive tress, a few kilometres away from the golden beaches and crystal water of the Adriatic. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by nature, authentic Puglian food and historic charm. Near to Ostuni, Cisternino and the Valle d’Itria, Masseria Salamina gives you a friendly and elegant base from which to explore Puglia
I recently visited Masseria Salamina for a week and I can't say enough about it. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, the location is great and the staff was the absolute best. Fillipo, the owner of the masseria, was extremely accommodating and helpful. We didn't have a car while we were there and he helped us with securing local transportation and restaurant recommendations. We had to do nothing while we were there. I would like to visit again but in the summer so I can take advantage of their beautiful pool. I highly recommend Masseria Salamina!

Masseria Zambardo is in the Apulia countryside, surrounded by century-old olive trees. It is a farm from the early '900, and it consists of 2 family suites, 6 suites and 5 junior suites. Family suites and suites are also provided with well -equipped kitchen. All the rooms have fire place, air conditioning system, heating system, bathroom with shower. It has a wide swimmingpool and a breakfast room
We absolutely loved Masseria Zambardo. The grounds are breathtaking. It's a little off the beaten path but it's totally worth it. The breakfast was really delicious. They will make you whatever coffee your heart desires and even made us fresh eggs! All of the fruit is from their gardens and fruit trees, the cakes are all home made and the jams are delicious! Fresh squeezed juices and grapes right off the grape vines you are eating under. The pool was really incredible and we loved relaxing there so much. They gave us recommendations in the next town we were visiting. Before our stay, Masseria Zambardo coordinated with us a coursed dinner at their sister Masseria. If you are trying to find the dinner place on Google maps, you will not find it! Follow the instructions by the staff and you will find it! Even in the darkness! We did :) and it was the most delicious meal! Even though we didn't speak Italian, we had a perfect relaxing vacation and were able to communicate with the staff!

The "Le Terrazze di Serranova" (Farm) takes its name from our terraces lying on a hill overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean coast. Caressed by the wind, you will enjoy a show in the open air, the show of Salento coasts, the Torre Guaceto’ sea and the age-old olive trees, faithful guardians of our days that will tell you about the seasons and the flowing time . The Farm lies 50 metres above sea level and is the result of a review of an old land dwelling which spreads over three hectares of olive grove, orchard and arable land, in one of the most beautiful places of Alto Salento (Puglia), on the borders of Torre Guaceto natural preserve, on the last ridge of the Murge among scents of lavender and wild fennel. The interior presents the classic Mediterranean elements: tuff, wood, stone floors, references to the sea and rural life. In the rooms the wisteria, blue, ochre and green colours predominate; particular attention is paid to small details, simple but well-kept.
We had an amazing stay and Maria and Ferrucio are great hosts! They are very friendly and helpful to make your holiday a pleasant experience. The breakfast is very good; every morning Maria baked super nice cakes! If you have the opportunity to join a dinner at the Masseria, you should definately do it! Maria cooks amazing! The room and the rest of the Masseria is super super clean! Really recommend this place!

We were here for 4 nights off peak. Breakfast was fantastic, 100% better than the 4 star hotel we stayed at near Oustini. Fresh cheeses made on the farm ricotta was still warm. , olive oil and wine, jams, patries, chutney. Dried organo straight from farm.. Pool was closed as off peak. Chia and her mum very welcoming didnt see any men as all woking on the farm. Walked around farm and went to the farm shop. Really recommend this place.. you will need a car as tad remote unleas you like walking. Defiantly will return. One warning for italy this time of year take your mozzie stuff I dont normally get bitten but bitten both in san pancrazio and Oustini.. Thank you Agriturismo torrevecchia

Peaceful and just 15 minutes from town by car. The breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean but the pool is only seasonal. Helpful staff. Surrounded by love trees from which the Masseria makes olive oil. An hour by car to Polignano al mare and 20 minutes from Torre Canne (great seafood).
