We're really excited to eat spaghetti / tagliattelle ragu in the birth place of the Bolognese but had to leave disappointed. We were met by staff that obviously weren't interested in having guests at all. After standing in the doorway as a question mark for a couple of minutes we were pointed to tables inside.(the backyard looked more interesting..,) Waiter gave out menus but were more interested in cleaning all the empty tables than taking orders from new guests. We both went for the ragu after reading up on the area ) the birth place of the ragu..) The tagliattelle were ok, not al dente but unfortunately covered in tasteless ragu with loads of butter. The plate was swimming.. Obviously missing tasty tomatoes and basic ingredients as salt and pepper. Recommend you go searching for the perfect spaghetti / ragu somewhere else. + for Nice and clean restaurant .. But that's all you'll get. We had the pleasure of having a private tour of the vinyards and processing with Augusto. He is an expert in the organic wines of Italy! The tasting and parings were perfect. His wecoming and friendly personality immediately set the pace for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Augusto shares his knowledge and true passion for wine. We ordered several cases to be sent to the US and cherish our new friendship!

Un bel bar/pub in zona Pedagna con un pò di spazio sia esterno che interno. Hanno molta varietà di cocktail (davvero buoni) ed ottimi vini venduti a prezzi più che onesti. Ci sono stato di recente per una degustazione di vini, con tanto di sommelier molto esperto che spiegava tutto.. una bella iniziativa. Per gli aperitivi è uno dei migliori di Imola.
