Not much to look at from the outside but full of charm inside. The owner welcomed us in and was passionate in his explanation of all the dishes. Service with a smile, freshly cooked pasta, authentic local food and wine. Pasta dishes â¬9.50-â¬12.50, meat courses a little more. Great value and quality - but get there early as booking is difficult and it fills up fast!

Tigella is a traditional product, a type of bread characteristic of the Modena Apennines. The Tigellona is "the first tigella in XXL format": it is served already filled with carefully chosen ingredients, it has an ideal size for an excellent nutritional
We come here when we want some him different from the usual sandwich or panino and you have plenty of stuffing to choose for your tigella. You can choose among the "standard" combinations proposed by them, or make your own, or slightly modify one of theirs (as I do).My favorite is the Tigella Vegana, but instead of the artichoke cream, the tuna cream (it's kind of a paradox, I know, but I'm not vegan and the things go on so well together!). TRY IT!We tried so many ones, and never got disappointed! Our team thanks you very much for your review and we are happy that your experience at Tigellona was so positive. It is a recognition of the work we do every day to improve the quality of the service and our products. See you soon!

Had a mixed cheese and meat sharing plate and was amazing in quality, taste and value. The panini and everything else that left the kitchen looked really good too. By far the best place Iâve eaten so far in Bologna in every sense - quality, taste, value, atmosphere and service. Will be back.

One of the best cappuccino I've had in my life. Will most likely go to this place every morning for my stay in Bologna. Great ( but large) sandwiches with an assortment of toppings. The sweeter stuff looked tasty to even if I didn't try them. Very nice service.

A restaurant of Italian cuisine, which believes that in addition to the quality of the product, customer care is essential, as it becomes more a guest than a user. An intimate space where you can spend pleasant time tasting specialties of our incredible n
We ate outside in this small restaurant in the historic district. The pasta dishes were the winners. My wife had vegetable lasagna which should be shared and I had tagliatelli with sausage. Both were great- in fact my pasta was the best I ever had. Next I had the veal special which was a little tough and my wife had chicken with herbs. We finished with a delicious custard dessert. The waitstaff were pleasant and attentive.

Essentially it is just a toasted sandwich. Arrived 11:45 but denied service as they werenât ready, opening is advertised as 11:30am. Waited until 12 when they then started serving. Nice bread, ingredients seemingly fresh and lots of choice. This has obviously caught the imagination and is popular, worth a visit for a light lunch but I wouldnât go out of my way to eat here.

Lovely restaurant with small parent seating area to enjoy a refreshment and nibbles. Service excellent and welcoming. Worth spending a moment to break up a long day walking around the City.

The food was very good, the staff very friendly. You can pick out of a large variety of Italian sandwiches, based on world famous mortadella but also prosciutto crudo, mozzarella buffala and other Mediterranean ingredients. Lambrusco wine is fresh, not fermented enough and it will accelerate your digestion, if you know what I mean...

Stopped by for a drink; upon arrival spotted a bottle of white wine on one of the shelves and asked if it was possible to have just âa glassâ. They just said âno worries. Give us 10 minutesâ. Soon after the wine was cooled and they served us a glass. While we waited the chef sent us portions of bruschetta. It was all very delicious and the staff super dedicated. Oh, and the bathrooms are quite cool: they have hairspray, deodorant spray, Listerine, hair gel and even some amazing hair serum for dry hair. The place is elegant, the menu seems great and I am sure the food is too!
