Without doubts the temperature to which the food is cooked, especially the tuna are good. Is a Italianized Japanese restaurant that suite the local community. Japanese food lovers can be disappointed but Fusion food lovers can have a really good food experience. The down point is that the service is badly organized especially at the end when you have to queue at the bar to buy your own drink. Good atmosphere and nice people. I will go back.

Purtroppo ad Andria vedi locali come questo,semideserti quando invece hanno tutti i requisiti per essere al completo.Servizio preciso e discreto. Menu particolare, ricercato, e sorprendentemente al di sopra delle attese. Prodotti freschi e ben preparati. Anche lo chardonnay della casa rispecchia le aspettative. Locati on simpatica e diversa dalle solite. Devo dire che è leggerissima mente sopra la media prezzo ma sicuramente quando avrà la sala più piena saprà diventare più competitivo. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che mi avesse offerto un amaro di fine pasto avendo preso anche il dolce; non dico un superalcolico ma, un amaro non guasta va...2 salette.Dimenticavo...servizio bar e colazioni!Ci tornerò.
