Such a pleasant experience, friendly staff and plentiful great food. Enjoyed a four hour lunch, with all the courses imaginable: 10 appetizers, 2 pasta dishes, 4 meats, 4 desserts, plenty of bread and wine...probably forgetting some other courses. Unforgettable!

Frumento was a delightful experince, a wonderful succession of tastes and unexpected but delicious flavor combinations. I went there expecting good food and but I found extraordinary dishes, surprising and bold flavors, the freshest ingredients, a great variety of in house products, a most talented chef and kitchen team and knoledgeable and friendly waiting staff. I sincerely recommend letting the chef surprise you because you will be delighted.

Enoteca con cucina del territorio
Excellent place for the choice of wines. Limited menu of food but great quality, both in antipasti and main courses. Slow service (even though the place was far from being full).

We recently went to a wedding hosted at the Umami. The wedding itself was fantastic; filled with love and emotions and perfectly complimented by the amazing ambiance, setting and unbelievable food (quality, flavour and quantity) from the delightful appetizers through the full menu finishing with the cake. We ate all night, really enjoyed the happy occasion and delighted in the excellent service, produce and setting. A big thank you to everyone. could not recommend it highly enough!

Small pearl in the heart of the city. You will be amazed by how much passion and professionalism you will be welcomed. The typical Sivigliana kitchen will conquer you as well as the wines impeccably proposed by the hostess. Excellent indeed!

On arrival first see garden with all fresh herbs and vegetables then check in restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. Cosy restaurant in a pretty farmhouse. We had an assortment of appetizers mostly vegetarian: squash blossom stuffed with ricotta, eggplant , onions with breadcrumbs along with assorted salami, cheeses and fried olives. There was an intermezzo of fig sorbet which was refreshing. Assorted tartalli and breads on table.Dishes were amazing!!Pasta was perfect with fresh tomato and meat ragu.Pork was perfect flavor and delicate.Orchiette was special with burned wheat pasta and fresh zucchini. When we were full they added desserts and liqueurs which were just over the top delicious.Chef was active in restaurant and happy to sign cookbooks and take pictures. This is a must in Puglia and a perfect place to sample all that Puglia has to offer.

Super place to catch up with pals over a glass of red or an Aperol spritz. Cheery staff, ready to help in any way, serving a wide selection of nibbles or hot snacks. Apparently the lunches are great too, need to give them a try.

A cozy, quiet fish restaurant in the center of the Barletta. Pleasant, attentive service. The interior, executed with taste. A good fish menu, prepared according to the wishes of visitors. A large wine list. Reasonable prices. Popular with local residents. I recommend to all those who by fate, was in this town.
