Congliato.

I used to go eat at Hagakure twice a month with friends for special occasions and Iâve always been delighted by the cuisine they offered. The menu is marvellous and full of variety (aside from some spelling mistakes about Japanese terms like âonigiriâ). All the sushi rolls Iâve ever had there were delicious and the pork ramen was an especially great dish due to its many ingredients blending together quite well. Unfortunately, the ingredients of the pork ramen changed drastically, and the quantity of broth (which was exactly the reason why I loved it so much) was reduced. The waiter justified the changes to ramen as âtrying to get closer to a Japanese tasteâ, but I donât buy it.Aside from that, the overall quality of the restaurant is still amazing: the appetisers and first dishes are the most delicious of all, with salmon lounge and teriyaki dishes being the ones I liked the most.
