When you want a true food experience this is the place....Chef Angelo born in this region takes classic dishes and turns them into masterpieces....we had a wonderful lunch there and even though we ordered just a few dishes (appetizer, main, dessert) the food was non stop! We also ordered a couple of glasses of wine which were both perfect! This place should be the highlight of your trip to Puglia...plan accordingly, give yourself lots of time to eat and enjoy this wonderful chef create his magic!

Long wait for our pizza, but really tasty when we eventually got it. We ordered a takeaway on the Saturday night we arrived, but we waited 45 minutes for our order. No room in restaurant- fully booked.
