From check in to check out we were completly satisfied with Casa Fuster. The rooftop deck with a smal pool was a welcome respit. The one thing that was nott 100% to my liking the bathtub you needed to pole vault in and out of th tub.

Family of four went for dinner last night. The waiter made some excellent recommendations and each dish was more delicious than the last. Aubergine sticks with honey we're unlike anything we've ever had, pulpo Galicia was outstanding!! The recommended wine was excellent and very fairly priced. The inside of the restaurant is warm and inviting, the outdoor seating is perfect for nice weather. Definitely had the sense that we were the only tourists there, looks like a place that is known to locals. The staff and our waiter in particular were extremely friendly and helpful, even to get us a taxi at the end of the night. Bodega Tomas made our first night in Barcelona perfect - moltes gracies!!Thank you very much for your comments, it is a pleasure for us!!Best regards!

As you walk into this building which is approximately 400 years old you feel there is something special about this Restaraunt. You don't have to even eat to appreciate this building and the work the owners have put into restoration.Anyway the word is correct about the Chef Josep Forrellat, he is brilliant and his team in the kitchen and on the floor, some of who are family create an atmosphere which starts a gastronomical delight.We had salads, calamari, croquettes, Jamon, muscles, snails and rabbit all complemented with beautiful wine and champagne. We finished with a lemon sorbet infused with vodka and of course some good coffee.I would highly recommend this Restaraunt for anyone from couples to large groups, you won't be disappointed.We will certainly be back.Many thanks olo3 for the exquisite recommendation of the Suis restaurant on TripAdvisor. This typical Catalan restaurant is located in Cerdanyola del Vallès (outside Barcelona, 25 minutes by train).I must say that this is not a touristy place and the food is simply delicious: I strongly recommend the lamb ! Also, prices are fair and the service was very friendly and timely. Cerdanyola is a bit far from Barcelona but the food is worth the visit!Enjoy!
