This lovely bar and restaurant is a must visit place if you are in the area and worth the short train ride (25 minutes) from the city if not! Itâs a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Ocata and 5 minutes from Ocata rail station. The food is authentic and delicious and if you can visit in the daytime the Menu del DÃa is great value. There are tables outside overlooking the pleasant square or inside the decor is traditional and rustic for those cooler evenings. The service is polite and friendly and English spoken for those of us who struggle with the language!I live locally and have visited many restaurants and this is the most authentic and the best! I have visited this place several times since it was open many years ago. Quality has always been high, and still is, but prices have grown to exceed the normal price-quality balance. â¬20,90 for a carpaccio of duck breast or â¬15,75 for a "xatonada", which is basically not more complex than a caesar's salad, is really too much. Lunch for two, with wine, dessert and coffee, â¬149,10. Certainly it will take some time before we return.We celebrate that you think our quality has been high. A "xatonada", is basically much more complex than a caesar salad, has cod and anchovies (are not the same as chicken).The price depends on the dishes and the wine you had. The prices are visible for all our clients.Best regards

Great service and really good and consistent cuisine. The rabbit with garlic is awesome.They also have pretty good appetizers and a good wine selection. Parked up outside and walked downstairs through the terrace area to a very nice restaurant overlooking the Alella hills. Menu del Dia for 18 euros was excellent with plenty of choice although many dishes carried an additional cost. The food was very good and the house red wine excellent. Very to happy to recommend, we will be back soon and definitely when the weather gets better as eating outside will be lovely.Service was excellent and the waiter was very happy to translate the menu to English. Many thanks and hope to see you soon.

We visited this lovely Masia with friends recently, the food is probably the most tastiest we have ever had at any Masia, since living in Spain, there is plenty of choice on the "menu" and it is located in an area surrounded by rolling meadows and beautiful vistas, it also has a mini hobby farm with goats (and kids) rabbits, geese chickens and many more animals which kept the kids entertained the whole 4-5 hours we spent there.Definitely will be a regular Masia for us
