We were eating all week in our very nice all inclusive but wanted a change of scenery. We checked out trip advisor for help choosing where to go. This place did not have many reviews but they were all 5 star, so decided to try it out. It was off the beaten track and we would not have gone down that way if it was not for trip advisor. It was well worth going to. We had Pintos for starters and they were fab. We had a bottle of the house wine which was lovely and then the main course of steaks and wedges which were cooked to absolute perfection. The chef clearly knows how to cook very tasty food and the waiter who we had no idea what he was saying as we had no language skills was very pleasant and clearly passionate about the chef too. Would highly recommend. Thanks to the other reviewers that helped us find this place.thank you very much for your comment, we hope to see you again

The kind grand cafe was serving decent food I took the breakfast option and was happy when they brought the breakfast that had real bacon The staff were really nice and friendly the place is clean tidy and well runThe prices of the food and the drinks were very reasonable and when the sun gets too strong the staff pull over covers to shelter you in the outdoor eating area

We had read the reviews and easily found this restaurant, the outside décor leaves you in no doubt as to what type of restaurant this is! We opted for steaks and ribs and were not disappointed.The extras do push the prices up, and the mushrooms are certainly not worth the cost, especially when they charge for mayo and ketchup. The staff work hard but the service seems hectic. Sit inside or out, we would return on the basis of the food.Thank you for a your generous review.Most of our clients are from mainland europe where it is standard to charge for extras which is our policy, if you don't want it you don't pay.July and August are peak times for us in terms of customer level and we have a lot of waiters at this time. We have enjoyed a much higher number of clients late in this season than normal so the waiting staff have had to respond to demand, I'm sorry if it seemed hectic, victims of our success I guess!!Thanks for you possitive comments and I hope you accept my explaination.Alex.
