It is in the south of the comarca, on the River Ripoll, 20 km (12 mi) north of Barcelona. Sabadell is located 190 m (620 ft) above sea level and is the co-capital of the comarca.

As the traditional indication of the Michelin guide says, this is a place which "vaut le détour". It's not in Barcelona, not even in the centre of Sabadell, some fifteen miles away, but in the impersonal western industrial outskirts of this otherwise uninteresting suburban city. However, it's easily reachable from central Barcelona for it is quite close to one of the stations of the Catalan railway (Sabadell Can Feu).All the food is great and cooked to perfection, from a fish soup that honestly reveals the real taste of the fish it is made of, to a variety of homemade desserts, passing by a wide range of traditional dishes of Catalan cuisine. An acceptable wine comes with the menu.It's not a fancy place but a rather discreet and unimpressive restaurant. For some reason it reminded me of how the now world famous Can Roca of Girona was many years ago, at its beginnings.

Traditional fish and seafood restaurant, the fish simply and well cooked. Vegetables and salad not much in evidence unless you specifically order a salad dish. Short list of Spanish wines - nice wines. Pleasant decor and atmosphere - varnished light wood, sunlight. Mainly business clientele at lunch, full, tables turning over. It took a long time to bring the menus and take our order (even for drinks) and a long time at the end to get the bill and pay. But in between, once the food started coming, the service was fast and efficient. We left satisfied. You can park nearby (you pay for blue parking bays but white bays are free!). The restaurant is just outside the centre, near Gran Hotel Verde and the El Corte Ingles department store. I would not make a huge detour to go to this restaurant, but if in Sabadell...
