It is essentially a suburb of Barcelona. It is situated on the south-east side of the Litoral range, with the Puig Castellar (299 m) as its highest point, on the left bank of the Besòs river: the municipalities of Sant Adrià de Besòs and Badalona separate it from the coast.

I was in the area after visiting the Sagrada, and finding it difficult to find somewhere reasonably priced to eat. Then I found this place, and I'm glad I did. The food was excellent, the drinks very reasonable, and the service quick and efficient. Special mention for the girl from Argentina behind the bar, who was particularly welcoming and attentive.
