The food here is simple but oh so good and pure and the same goes for their own produced wines that accompany them. What you get here for a â¬25 budget is simply unbelieveable!
Prezzi abbastanza equilibrati.

We looked forward to eating at the Michelin starred restaurant. It turned out to be a disappointment. Prices are certainly consistent with the rating of the restaurant, but we didnât find the food to be so. The spaghetti seemed under cooked and almost crispy to us. The salad was quite good, although we were asked to mix the dressing to our own liking and given several olive oils along with a balsamic vinegar. I had a crispy veal dish that was crispy but rare to raw on the inside and several pieces of the veal were tough and chewy, difficult to cut with a knife. We expected more, especially given the expensive prices. In fairness, I think we were comparing both the price and food quality to several osteriaâs in the area that had a much better price to quality ratio.
This place is a casual restaurant with great quality food. The salads were fresh and the pizzas were excellent. They had no problem accommodating our party of 6. It's a large family restaurant, so reserve in advance!

On the border between Langhe and Monferrato, La Corte Restaurant welcomes its guests with a yummy la carte menu with season proposals and a local and international wine list, in a charming historical building dating back to the XVIII Century. Surrounded b
I really enjoyed my lunch here - and to respond to earlier reviews, my only moment of portion envy came when my wife's carne cruda was more generous than my sfogliatina - a kind of millefeuille served with melted cheese. The ragu di salsiccia on my taglionini was the best I have had in Piemonte, and the sorbet wading in calvados was a perfect conclusion to lunch. We were initially annoyed that the restaurant's website menu was out of date. We had chosen it because it was on the AIC list of safe eateries for coeliacs. The current menu had no puddings my wife (in addition to being a coeliac, she is intolerant of lactose, sugar, and starch) could eat. This annoyance was soon assuaged, when the chef volunteered to cook her a pear poached in moscato. It was delicious (I am told). The wines are very reasonably priced, and the 2011 Cala delle Mandrie we (well, mostly I) drank was excellent. At â¬20 twice or three times as good as you would get in a restaurant the other side of the Alps. And â¬78 for 4 courses (me) plus 3 (she) a la carte with wine, water, and service built in is a deal!My crystal ball sees us adding this restaurant to our list of favourite restaurants.

Six of us had a delightful lunch here last week. Not only is this homely gem welcoming and friendly but it delivers two if the local dishes superbly. The rich tajarin pasta melted in the mouth. Topped only by our first experience of finanziera - giblets and other delicious animal offal bits that less inventive folk would not give a second thought - we truly enjoyed our mouth watering meal. Excellent local wine accompanied, of course.

We arrived in nizza monferrato from villa nova d'asti and came across this restaurant via the enoteca shop in the centre. Really good shop By the way!!!We turned up at 7.30 and were far from disappointed. The food was lovely ,service was excellent and the wine list fantastic and was not expensive . we had brema 2009 which was superb and would no doubt have cost in excess of £70 back in the ukYou have to visit this unassuming but great restaurant with a really friendly knowledgeable and enthusiastic sommelier

I was there with my husband and two small kids. The house felt very genuine, it was beautiful and well taken care of. Lots of flowers and surrounded by grapevines. A completely Italian authentic feeling! The pool was perfect on hot days, great for kids with lots of areas to run around. Owners were truly delightful even if they hardly spoke a word English. Sometimes they just come with some small snacks for the kids! If you wanted to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner they arrange it for you. The apartment was great, both bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Lots of nice places to visit close-by, good restaurants, picturesque villages and vineyards.I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back!
