A casual beachside place where to partake in food and whine with friends. For E15 a set selection of 3 entrees and a 'primo' pasta dish of choice. All the adjacent tables were laden with eat sky interesting dishes. A perfect summer restaurant

We were recommended to eat at Ciaschi and enjoyed the first visit so much that we returned a second time. Excellent fish (as one would expect) at realistic prices, very friendly staff, a charming interior. The seafood risotto was especially memorable.

A small family managed restaurant that serves food home made style. Courtesy and kindness are two characteristics of the staff. Good selection of drinks and very nice location with sea view. A must is the Sea Carbonara Pasta, herbs, eggs and swordfish ...... an unique blend full of taste. Strongly reccomended.

Love love love this restaurant. I discovered it (with the help of TA) during December when my usual seafood restaurant was closed. During my week stay in December, I ended up eating here twice. I returned again during a short visit to the area in April. Each time, I wasnât disappointed. Iâve eaten the Seafood Salad, Campilfilone with Scampi, Risotto with Scampi, Scampi al Vapore, Mixed Grille, and Semifreddo. Iâve never been disappointed. They have a nice selection of wines (including Ciu Ciu) and the glasses are nice pours. The proprietor has done a nice job of selecting high quality foods, wines, coffees, and digestivi. I will surely return here each time Iâm in the area. Side note â the Coperto may seem high, but it includes coffee and often an amaro.

This is a story about a big Italian heart. We arrived at the restaurant around 15 o'clock and were initially told that they can not serve us food anymore, since they will close soon. We were disappointed especially as the schedule on tripadvisor said otherwise (which in itself felt a bit odd as apart from really touristy places all restaurants in Italy close after lunch). The lady at the bar explained that the schedule on tripadvisor shows the bar hours, not kitchen so we went away hungry and not very happy. We were already couple of meters away when the owner got out and shouted to come back. He told us he can make us some antipasti and a primo which was everything that we were longing for. Even if they were about to close he did not make us feel rushed, served us home made wine and delicious sea food: bread and olive oil, alici marinati, lentils with crab (?) meat, as well as a generous portion of sea food spaghetti. For our child they prepared schnitzel with fries. Everything came at about 30 EUR and the wine and water were on the house. We were really impressed by the hospitality and the willingness to go the extra mile. People will always remember how they made you feel so you will be in our memories, signore! Grazzie mille once again!

Restaurant on the sea open all year round. During the winter open only on Friday for dinner, Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch with set menu ⬠25.00 all inclusive.
Drive to Grottamare. At the beach. Chalet Viareggio. Got the last available chairs and umbrella for 10 euros. A bargain! The sea water was very good. Warm and lovely! So calm here in the water and on the sand. Mostly young mums with kids, some families and retired people too. Happy middle class people. A very nice beach and resort. Had a couple of swims and a long lie on the beach chair.Ate at the beach club, Chalet Viareggio, the red coloured chairs and umbrellas.. Terrific meal for 15 euros. White crusty bread. Anchovies in oil. Mussels in white wine and garlic with pepper. Home made ravioli with seafood filling. Limone gelato. Cafe lungo. Half a litre of wine and sparkling water. Outstanding value. Lovely lady serving here. Nice man too. Pleasant, happy and very hard working. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is beautiful not less the amazing Adriatic sea view you can admire from the third floor. There is also a fantastic area on the last floor where you can eat in summer time but at the time was still closed. I've been there for a business lunch with some italian clients and I must say even the food was great, actually I wasn't expecting it to be so good. My clients had a selection of cold and warm starters that looked great eventhough I had some sushi and some sashimi. I was surprised by the good quality of it. With regards to pasta dishes, the home made ravioli stuffed with langostines served with fresh italin cherry tomatoes is a 'must'. A proper mix of italian tastes. We didn't manage to have any main courses but I'll go strait for them next time I'll be in Grottammare. The roasted fish served to the table next to us looked fantastic. Good selection of italian wines from all regions and very professional service. Price? Nothing more than average restaurants would charge you but with great quality here......If you pass by give it a go.
