My family of 10 rented a villa nearby in Subbiano for a week. This was our go-to restaurant for take out pizza. The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings are fresh. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Pizzeria del Borgaccio is a great little place, it is fresh, delicious and inexpensive a typical small town Italian bakery. Great place for breakfast or dinner. Our breakfast included - 3 cappuccinos, 1 espresso, 4 croissant, 4 pizza bites and a bag of cookies all for under â¬7.00 fresh, delicious and all ordered without a word of English. The people are great, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. Pizza Margherita starts at â¬3.00. Great place worth a visit.

We chose this place by default; a small open restaurant on the side of the road. Boy were we surprised. Although they specialize in pizzas, they have a full selection of dished from around Italy, plus local specials. The portions are good, the food is fresh, the service is good, and the prices? So low, we thought the bill was wrong. This place casually serves local Chianina beef. The veal we ate here was the best we have ever had. We ordered another the first night, and then we returned a second night, just for the veal, and ordered another six! An authentic and flexible restaurant, with great opening hours, tons of food options, lots of space, good food, and low prices.

We have visited the restaurant many times in the last 2 summers, the food (especially the pizza) is wonderful. The husband and wife team who run it are superb too!

We liked all dishes, loved the professional service - excellent. The ravioli were the best I have eaten in Italy - and that say all !

Very friendly, excellent quality ingredients and well cooked. Very popular with locals and take away is available. Watch out as big portions.

Weâve just finished a wonderful pizza meal at this establishment where the founder Roberto Dini is still making the pizzas 49 years later. Quite remarkable. And clearly the passion to make great pizzas is still there. It was a pleasure to meet Roberto and congratulate him on our excellent meal. Our very generous pizzas filled with top quality ingredients cost Euros 6.50 each. Ridiculously cheap for anywhere in 2018. Highly recommended
