Café-Bar with Pintxos , Barbacue , and Live-Music . We are offering an outdoor terrace with a beautiful view over the sea and the village of La Isleta .
This is our second stay here la loma the rooms are spaicious the breakfast with home made bread served with lovely jam and honey with the most spectacular views. This place has it all it has entertainment also during summer where you can sit listning to flamenco whilst dinning on thier good food. The tabulae is delicious as is the goats cheese salad served on a tomatoe marmerlade. Service is lovely and freindly and exceptionaly good price either to stay or to just eat. Again we will be returning here thats for sure so do visit if you get the oppotunity.

We spent a couple of evenings drinking great Mojito,s ,eating good crepes and enjoying really nice different music, from classic flamenco, modern african dance to what sounded like Spanish ska!!,all laid back (and I hate ska),nice alternative to the typical restuarants in San Jose,if it was on a cliff overlooking the beach you would never get a seat.Just like the bars used to be twenty years ago.One for all us old Hippies:-) .
While in Pozo de los frailes for vacation, we found in the near town San Jose a very nice teteria where having relaxing time after a day under the sun of the spectacular beaches of Cabo de Gata. There are several teas, pure (including oolong, red, matcha) and aromatic, as well as chocolate and coffee. The staff is very very kind, much different from several other places we tested in Andalusia - it's incredible how sometime a little thing can make a big difference - and, very important, there are also few incredibly good home-made cakes that slightly change every day, absolutely a must to try (all of them, clearly)!
Small Japanese restaurant with fresh, tasty and natural products. Also takeaway. Air-conditioned interior and outdoor terrace.
Go and try... food is good, high quality and it is a really nice option here in San Josè... So go and try for one time, you will come back here!

We arrived at the Camperpark and decided to try this place as they had a â¬15 Sunday menu... good choice except for the postres which were probably shop bought, the tiramisu was especially bad...However, I have given them 4 stars for the starter of paella de carne which was freshly made while we waited and well worth the wait and the two pork dishes... secreto iberico and legato de credo Iberico. It is so nice to find simple Spanish dishes made with good ingredients. The waiter had a little English and tolerated our attempt at Spanish with smiles! He was very efficient to begin with but overwhelmed later as it got busier... I donât think he would cope if the restaurant was full...Would we return? Definitely yes....

We were walking in late afternoon when saw the table available in the small terrace, and we decided to drink a glass of wine. The waiter recommended a very good rioja reserva for 14 Euros, and also recommended a salad followed by crispi cereal coated chicken breast, so we decided the dinner on the spot. We were prepared for something light but more formal, and that resulted very informal but really good. The view of the beach and the sunset was perfect from our table. The restaurant is not located in the waterfront, but the view was throug a narrow street, located just in front of the terrace. Definitely we were at right place at right time.Service was very good and price was very good too...what else you can ask ?
