David's is on the Caraterra Moraira Calpe Road just before the large Pepe La Sal Suermarket on the left hand side. We would like to point out that we are not a top class restaurant, but a fish & chip diner/ takeaway with an extensive menu. Please don't co
Have been here many times for the lunchtime deal. It's worth the 30 minute drive. Beautiful hake, chips and mushy peas or choose from a long list of specials, most homemade. The mushroom stroganov and rice today was delicious. There was also a veggie lasagne with goats cheese or a homemade vegetarian quiche, salad and chips, chilli con carne and rice, steak and kidney pudding, cajun chicken, salad and chips, homemade cod burger and chips plus more. All of the above are â¬6.50, including a large glass of wine, small beer, water or a soft drink and friendly service. 10/10 again.

In Kalas the main focus is on food. We have based our menu on the best products from local farmers and fresh fish. Our intention is to keep the origin Mediterranean food but let the modern way of cooking reflect in our dishes.
We have eaten correctly (local food and home made) but we havenât appreciate their dishonesty. Menu of tapas for 2 : we order 1 menu for 3 people. I have explain that we donât need more because we prefert to take a dessert of their carte. Finaly on the bill, they count 1 /2 menu and more (+15â¬). Other surprise :Mojito 9⬠(not so good)Orange juice without alcohol 5⬠(lot of ice)We would first like to thank you for visiting us at Kalas Moraira. We would also like to clear a few things up. Let's start with;TAPAS MENU 30 ⬠for 2 people. Our apologies if the concept of our tapas menu wasn't clear for you but as said on the menu and on our website, the price per person is 15 â¬, this means that if you are 2 people you pay the 30â¬, if you are 3 people you pay 45 â¬.. It's dissapointing to hear that you didn't enjoy our mojito, we wish you would have told us straight away so we could have solved this problem. As for the "orange juice", you did ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and it had the following ingredients; Pinapple Juice, Orange Juice, Yuzu and grenadie we shake it and decorate it with dried orange wheel ( the orange wheel takes 8 hours to dry and is home made) We do also have fresh orange juice which we sell for 2,5 a glass. We would've loved to help you out on the same evening, for the future we do recommend if you are not satisfied with something at any restaurant you communicate this to the staff so they can help solve the problem. We want all out guests to leave content and we do our best to achieve that.We hope to see you again in the future and that you leave with a different experience.Kind regards, Kalas Crew

On an invite from a Swiss friend. The Cordon Blue is simply the best, really. Try all the restaurants in a 50 km radius and you will not find better. Patrick and Regina are just wonderful, which translates into the food and the drinks. Had the Cordon Blue special (if you want to know what that is, jus go...) - finished with a Tiramisu with Baileys, what else you want? Oh yes, the special "Chupito", see pictures again. More than excellent service, price /quality and value for money. Do not hesitate, just try it. I bet you will not be disappointed. Patrick, Regina, I´ll be back.... Keep up the excellent work and see you very soon.

Just a Café/Bar but serving excellent coffee together with the best home-made chocolate cake you'll ever eat!! Not forgetting their CurryWurst or their Smoked Salmon on Rye Sandwiches. Nicely situated on the Calpe Road leading out of Moraira - easy to find and a great snack stop. Lovely staff as well.
