FLAVOR AND ESSENCE OF OUR SEAS FRESH PRODUCTS OF THE LONJA !! Seafood restaurant with sea aroma, where you can taste the fresh delicacies, products of the daily market, with maximum freshness and quality. You will discover the thousand and one ways to tas
Excellent quality seafood! We had the (huge) platter of different shellfish ("degustación de mariscos"), which included lobster, mussels, crab, gambas, scallops - and all were delicious. The service was also very good and attentive. The only slightly confusing thing is the name of the restaurant - it's now branded as "Mediterranean Fish" but here on TripAdvisor it can be found as "Pekado Mortal".

We got a table for two, without a reservation, and got two glasses of a good rose within minutes. But that was the end of it ...25 minutes passed before we were presented the menues, one printed and one handwritten, both in Spanish. The printed one was replaced with one in English, but it was still very unclear which role the handwritten one had...And the waitresses had an English as bad as our Spanish, so we gave up and left.OK, our bad Spanish was part of the problem, but 25 minutes are 25 minutes in both languages. So we left for Fuego, where we had the menu on the table in 25 seconds...

So pleased to have come here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Such wow food, great theatre with some comedy! Glad we went for the wine pairings . Very clever. We came here for the afternoon and spent three very enjoyable hours. I know itâs very expensive but think of it as an afternoon in the West end of London for a show and the best local food and wine you can think of and you wonât be sorry. What I would like to see in the future are two changes; all spanish wines and also an alternative menu of the day - a perfect three course local menu - not just the taster menus. But a great experience - thank you.

Very near where we were staying. The unusual combination of gym/restaurant intrigued us. Plus the reviews were mostly positive, so we gave it a try for breakfast. Service was efficient , but not very welcoming. The food was okay, but in my opinion it wasn't as good as the same items were at another restaurant in the same plaza a few days before.

From Tuesday 16/04 to Sunday 21/04 open from 13.30 to 15.30 and from 19.00 to 22.30. Restaurant in Denia, located at the Pies del Montgó, where you can taste a variety of signature dishes. Our chef, Ismael Bilbao, finds his inspiration in a great variety
I've been here twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both occasions. The food is interesting as well as delicious. This time I have especially fond memories of a fish liver sauce called garum. Excellent service, nice outdoor seating when weather permits. Denia's gorgeous Les Rotes beach walkway is closeby for an after-lunch stroll. Samaruc is definitely at the top of my list of Denia restaurants!Thank you, we are very happy with your review and tell us that we are doing a correct job in our kitchen with the help of the room. from all the samaruc team thanks

Welcome to MOVIDA DENIA where we aim to provide a unique and complete dining experience in a relaxed yet sophisticated environment. Nutritious, honest contemporary cuisine prepared by the acclaimed Chef Javier Sevilla Verdejo who has run kitchens in Sydne
Movida is located in a lovely quiet spot of the port of Denia, nicely tucked away on a quiet white washed pedestrianised street. The establishment has received a very tasty, classy renovation. This is a spot you'll wanna spend some time in. Either inside in the modern, chic restaurant or the shaded terrace outside. Thankfully movida isn't like a lot of places, all style and no substance. A lot and I mean a lot of thought has gone into the menu. Down to the bread been freshly baked, onsite! We didn't hold back when ordering and the dishes got better and better. The seafood tagine was a dream. Salad, bread (with delicious alioli and tomato), starter, main, dessert to share for â¬18 each was incredible value and the meal will live long in the memory. Staff were so friendly and welcoming too, which was the icing on the cake.

We had eaten here two years ago when the service was excellent but the food was bland. We had tried the rather ridiculous 10 course tasting menu but found most of the courses were very bland and boring. When our friends booked a table for 4, we were interested to see if it had improved. We were totally ignored when we arrived even though we had booked. After 30 minutes we had to ask to be served a drink! It was a Saturday night but there were only 3 other tables occupied, all waiting for their food. The menu eventually arrived first in German and eventually we had to request in English. Everything sounded exciting with lavish descriptions. After another 30 minutes our order was eventually taken. Finally a free taster of goats cheese on a tiny slice of melon arrived. Very pleasant. After another ridiculously long wait our starters of tempura prawns arrived which were tasty but tiny. Onto another long wait until our mains eventually arrived! The pork was said to be good. The Moroccan chicken was very bland with a couple of small grilled fillets, just a few raisins and no sauce! It was accompanied by tasteless chips with a bowl of tomato ketchup. Not exactly the fine dining we had expected. I had ordered the beautifully described special Galician steak and was excited by its arrival. I had ordered it al-punto or medium rare but when it arrived one cut revealed it to be totally dry and tepid. I had no option to send it back as it was a costly 25 euros. Eventually the replacement arrived and was plonked in front of me. It was still medium rather than rare but when the cook stormed out of the kitchen to demand if there was any reason his second attempt was not acceptable, I felt I better accept defeat!!!! At least it was warm! Not exactly perfect customer service!A desert or coffee was not offered and we decided after waiting 3 hours it was not worth the further extended wait. Sadly we shall not return and I would recommend others to avoid it!!!! The establishment is run by one very inefficient male waiter and one extremely slow male cook.

Aticook is a different and unique concept, where kitchen and dining room blend into a common space where you can find a greatest conexion between cook and diners, encouraging transparence and show cooking.Aticcook is more than a restaurante, is a gastrono
Unbelievably fantastic. The view from the terrace drinking beautiful wine and amazing company. Every course was a culinary delight. I havenât the words to fully do justice to the food. Everything prepared in front of us and explained by our fantastic host who conversed fully in English (shameful that we were unable to show our full appreciation in Spanish ).The chef came over to talk. We will return to Denia and we will return to eat. This is my top recommendation. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience x

A warm and friendly international meeting-place where you can enjoy great foods and drinks at a very reasonable price while enjoying looking out over the Mediterranean Sea.
Went here with family for dinner. There was a band playing on a Thursday night who were very good. There wasn't much choice for vegetarians and the one dish we did choose wasn't available so we only had 1 other choice which was fried cheese with vegetables, it was ok but wasn't the most inspiring dish. The team were very friendly and spoke English and there was a mix of Spanish and English diners here. It was quite busy so I would suggest booking if you are a group coming here to dine.
