We first eat in this restaurant in June the food and service was excellent and decided to return this month. The lunch did not disappoint, fantastic homemade pasta and great value. We will be back next time we visit Altea. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We were showing some friends around the Altea area and chose Stromboli for our lunch. After sharing bread and alioli for a starter, my wife had the canololoni whilst our friends opted for tagliatelle with prawns. I played safe with a lasagne. Despite being very busy our food was perfectly prepared and the meal was unhurried which suited us.I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

Set very cleverly off the main road as you head south on the N332 from Calpe to Altea one heads off to the Autopista and on the "exit road the road branches right, up a lane and this is where you will find La Bruschetta. Family owned and run it is good food and reasonable to moderately priced. Good service - definitely worth a visit.

We managed to get menu del dia even after 5pm, which is not so obvious in Spain ;)Food was delicious (also vegetarian options) and the staff - very friendly. If you think about having a great meal with the wonderful sea view - this is what you're looking for :)

I eat a lot of pizza and visit Napoli, Florence and Amalfi often. Maybe i have high demands but i really dont feel this is authentic. Its clearly a fast food average pizzeria. Usually the baker stands outside and smoke cigaretts in front of guests. Not the best first impression. I gave the place a chance anyway. If you are looking for a napoletan or authentic pizza, keep looking. The pizza has however a low price and works good compared to many other pizzerias in seaside that are expensive and still average.se non distingue un panettiere da un pizzaiolo,una pizza prodotta artigianalmente da una industriale e un ristorante da un locale take away, signora le restano due alternative: o tornare in ITALIA e approfondire la conoscienza del mio paese o evitare di emettere giudizi sgradevoli ed errati perche' nessuno qui ha mai detto o scritto che avrebbe incontrato una pizza napoletana che evidentemente non conosce.

We picked this restaurant as we wanted to try the tapas advertised in the ruta de tapa booklet. It was delicious. Very friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area. One suggestion - tidy up the ladies toilet area and it would improve the place no end :)

This was across the road from our hotel, absolutely fantastic food. Freshly cooked and delicious. A good variety available on the menu and also on the childrenâs âbaby menuâ. We returned 3 times over our holiday as we enjoyed it so much! Extremely reasonable for the quality, as was the wine and over drinks. Would highly recommend if your staying in the area. Many thanks Coral1548,it was a pleasure for us!Ciao!

This restaraunt pays more attention to presentation and trying to be quirky than the quality of the food. Unfortuantely I had to send back two courses due to the cooking of the meat which were kindly replaced, though the quality of the replacement dishes was very poor also. Dissapointing and would not recommend.

Beautiful setting, extremely attentive and helpful serving staff, huge menu choices, starters, mains and desserts equally all as good as each other! This was our favourite restaurant on a 2-week holiday where we ate out a lot! Pasta flavoured within the parmesan wheel was divine! Meat and seafood extremely high quality and cooked to perfection. Very busy restaurant- have to book over a week in advance. Very popular with the locals.

We have eaten here many times now and the food is excellent! The owners are charming and the ambience is friendly and welcoming. It's great for couples and families.There are other Italian restaurants in Altea but this is by far the best that we have found. The owner does the cooking and he can really cook! It is proper Italian food! If you haven't been then do go because you won't be disappinted! And if you enjoy tiramasu then this is the place, it's homemade and wonderfully fresh and huge! We had to take half home the last time we ordered it.
