My wife and I visited the Hong Kong Restaurant on a number of occasions during our recent holiday in Albir. The staff at the restaurant are just lovely, very friendly and helpful. The food on offer was excellent. Everything was prepared fresh and the food quality was excellent. The portion sizes were huge. The cost of the food and drink in this restaurant was very reasonable. The fact that so many people were eating in the restaurant when we visited is testimony to the quality of the food and service. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Been here many many times.The food is always good but service is totally unacceptable.We arrived at 19:30 and we're still there at 22:15 & not by choice.The menu del dia was great value at â¬12:95 but rude staff and slow service will stop us returning.We watched 5 other tables suffer long wait times.We never got our dessert.

Excellent is not enough for this restaurant as it is better than that! We were lucky enough to eat here yesterday and everything about the experience was exceptional from the service to the food and the ambience to the variety on the menu. The food is well prepared and the portions are good. The sashimi carries a small surcharge but it is worth it as the variety is good as are the portions. With drinks included in the â¬13.50 per head cost it is superb value for money. I would obviously highly recommend a visit here.

What a meal!! My husband & me had dinner here last night, on recommendation and it was absolutely delicious. We are huge Indian food lovers and we are knowledgeable about the cuisine and this beat them all! The lamb shank dish was exceptional; I can honestly say that it was the most flavoursome Indian/Nepalese dish that I have ever eaten. Gurkha, you should make this your signature dish!! Just off the paseo this restaurant represents excellent value for money for both food and drinks. Lovely spicy Thai salad to start, plenty for two people followed by a sizzling duck dish, lemon chicken and a rice accompaniment. A large beer and a coke and the total bill was only â¬28.60. Service was efficient and friendly, itâs no wonder it was busy with people from all nationalities. Shame we were only passing through otherwise it would have become a regular haunt!

Arrived late in Albir and so happy to be met in a friendly way in this small neighborhood restaurant. The food was very tasty. We were very hungry, but the food was worth waiting for. Poppadoms were really thin and disintegrated when the pickle was added, but tasty all the same. Onion bhaji and lamb tikka was nice and the mains were hotter than we expected, but the staff quickly brought some yoghurt. Overall, good value for money, but just felt a bit rushed from arriving to our main meal being served. It wasn't that busy either.
