A Pleasant place with friendly staff and good food!I stayed in the Village too which was also of a good standard and everyone was friendly even though I could not speak Spanish (well pigeon LOL)

Where to eat European food in Torrelodones: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Volveremos pronto.

We chose this restaurant based on a review in the hotel section, where "Jon T" wrote that the food was surprisingly good. I agree; it was, but not without problems. We had lunch on a Sunday in June when the restaurant and terrace were packed. The three of us each had the menú del dÃa (12 euro), and when my second-course veal steak arrived it was dramatically undercooked. (My son also ordered the veal, and his was fine.)The two overworked waitresses were frantically rushing about and it was impossible to get anyone's attention. I had to get up from the table, walk over to the bar and flag down our server to tell her about the meat. Once it was properly cooked, it was indeed "surprisingly good," though not the best cut of meat.My first course had been much better: an attractive and refreshing cold potato salad (ensalada de verano) with a hint of tuna. My husband had a first course of scrambled eggs with asparagus and mushrooms, which was a bit salty but OK. We agreed the potato salad was the better choice. His second-course pork loin (lomo) was also fine. (We didn't try the other second-course option, which was some sort of fried fish.) Dessert and drinks were included in the fixed-price menu.Once the restaurant emptied out a bit, the waitress had more time and seemed very nice. Overall, this was a basic, noisy, family-oriented dining room with plenty of flies, but I don't regret eating there and would give it another try if in Yeste again.
Had lunch there. Service was fairly slow, waitress being serial tasking, not multitasking. Menu del dia was 11⬠including wine and coffee. food average but not much choice in Yeste.
