We are a restaurant passionate about wines and good food. Enjoy good music, food with Mediterranean influence and a great wine selection. Visit us in MULTIPLAZA ESCAZÃ and TERRAMALL.
After shopping yesterday at The Multiplaza,my husband and were really hungry.Wanted a nice sit down, not food court.Decided to try Tintos y Blancos again, and were very happy we did.I just had tapas, calamari and spicy potatoes. Both were good, not excellent. My husband ordered a seafood casserole, loaded with shrimp, mussels, clams and mushrooms,in a tomato based broth. It was so good.We had Chilean wine by the glass, very good prices on the wine.ALso like that they put a little card on the wine glass,so you can remember what it was when you go shopping for wine.(in my case that helps, everytime I order a different wine,I forget what it was when I go to the store to buy it)Service was o.k.,it was pretty busy last night. Will go back, and try some more tapas

This restaurant was next to our hotel. We each ordered a typical Costa Rican dishes and were pleasantly surprised at how good it wasâ¦. I guess when youâre at an airport hotel and Walmart is next-door - - you donât expect much. The staff was very nice and wanted us to try the Costa Rica Stew and produced a small bowl for us to try on the house. I really enjoyed my rice and bean dish and loved my watermelon juice. They practiced Spanish words with my teens. In short, it was quite good food and we enjoyed our time there.
Located quite close to the Hotel Rosa America and so like us many guests come here for a cheap alternative.Food is great and excellent value too. Very authentic feel to it and loads of locals in here too which is recommendation enough.Came here 3 times over 3 week period when we re staying at the hotel.

Good steak house that is close to the airport. The restaurant is located in the same property of Hotel Airport. The location is not the best because there is not turn to the left (return to Alajuela or airport) so the driver must be carefully when drive back. The quality is very good and prices acceptable.the y also have a big salon for meetings in case some company or group need to do something special.

Great place for when you have that feeling of have the best steak ever, because they will serve you that. The sides and desserts are as good as the main dishes. It combines Argentinian and International grilling styles that will satisfy any need you may have. It's worth trying, but the price is something to consider

The folks at the Tree Houses hotel recommended Happy Land to us for dinner. It's a typical Costa Rican restaurant but in addition to the typical Costa Rican dishes, the menu includes, surprisingly, some Chinese dishes and Ceviche. Two members of our party had the "grande" Ceviche for dinner and found it to be delicious and certainly very "grande" (more than they could eat). I had a "lomo" (beef steak) dish which also came with a small tasty salad and side dishes. My wife had a shrimp dish with rice and beans. The food was quite good. The Margaritas were excellent. And the service provided by the super friendly, efficient and thoughtful Marco was excellent. We enjoyed dinner so much that we came back for lunch the next day!
