Os Loureiros är en tapasbar ligger längst bort av alla barerna i den lilla turistorten San Andres de Teixido, tidigare pilgrimsort numera turistfälla med fantastiska vyer mot Atlanten. Vi hittade ett ledigt bord och spanade in menyn. De flesta av gästerna hade valt musslor, vi valde kroketter respektive griskind och kompletterade med patatas bravas. Det hade vi inte behövt göra, portionerna var stora och innehöll redan mängder av potatis. Trevlig service, något höga priser. Fast vad kan man begära?

Solo puedo opinar a nivel de consumidor de barra ya que no estuve en el comedor.Pero aunque solo sea para tomar un vino es un sitio tranquilo, los camareros son agradables y está en la zona de ambiente, si bien algo escondido lo cual se traduce en que la clientela es más a base de autóctonos que de turistas, lo cual se agradece.Los precios de las raciones expuestos en una pizarra son muy económicos.

An unusual setting with tables set on the village's 5-a-side football pitch by the harbour. However, the food is great! We had Clams cooked in a delicious sauce, Zamburinas (variegated scallops) a la plancha to die for, Gambas a la plancha - herby and salty, and deep fried baby squid. A couple of beers each for my wife and I and the bill came to 45 Euros. No English spoken but we got by with minimal Spanish - they are very accommodating in this part of Spain. Great food, great value.

The place is very small, little choice but each course is just Amazing!!!! Extremely affordable, incredible ratio quality price! I love such place when owners fights to make exquisite and simple food. The experience was just wonderful. My advice go with an empty stomach and enjoy!

Situated right on the harbor serving superb fresh fish and seafood. We ordered grilled mussels , braised squid stuffed with onions and grilled gilt head bream - all wonderful. Home made desserts of apple layered cheesecake and pears poached in red wine were also really good. Very friendly service with some English spoken. Very happy to recommend and would go back.

The restaurant was recommanded by our hotel,must admit that it wasnt exactly the place we would enter without the recommandation big diningroom rather unpersonal but spic and span.
