We dropped into this parrillada more by accident than design - seeking a place with kids space on a rainy day. And that is what this place is all about - the family (irrespective of its odd roadside location). It has a great play room, kids menu's that are generous. But what this place really does is that it reminds you that Galicia is not just about the fish - the beef is frankly fantastic - and a joint of just dead T-bone steak cooked on fresh coals for less money than a Macdonalds happy meal (Ok - might be exaggerating here - but we fed 4 adults and three kids with a good bottle of wine for around Euro 100). I promise you, you will be hard pressed to finish it! The staff were uniformly accommodating of the English toursists. An odd choice - but a good one.Hi, thank you so much for your review. Como siempre genial,solemos ir a menudo cuando vamos de vacaciones a visitar a la familia y nunca defrauda.El servicio rápido y profesional y la comida rica y abundante,mención especial para la picaña,que probamos por primera vez y repetimos varios dÃas,riquÃsima y en su punto.La bodega espectacular,superior a la de muchos restaurantes de más nivel.Uno de nuestros fijos en Bertamirans.Un saludo y hasta la próxima.

The menu del dia is great here. There's a fair bit of choice and the service is very quick. It came highly recommended by family and friends when visiting and I must add that it was very fairly priced and delicious. One of the best if not the best place to eat in Bertamirans.

you cannot dream having a better finale of your trip to galicia, and santiago de compostella.a culinary treasure ,hidden in a small alley, just in the outskirts of santiago de compostela, (roxos) that you should not miss, it's worth even a special trip.although it looks from the outside an ordinary country restaurant, and nothing strikes you even when you are sited. but everything changes when you are approached by the hyper energetic , master of the house, who will recommend you the specialties of the day in a dramatic fassion which cannot leave you indifferent, and you cannot avoid the charm and the magic.the food served ed is really a masterpiece we had special oysters in a generous portion, and , continued with excellent delicious fish accompanied with a local recommended white wine, wow what a dinner and what a gastronomic experience !! unbeaten and unforgettable.we could not refuse the digestive "rucho"on the house burning spirit and the "rucho" with caramel which is lighter and sweeter.again don't miss
