Perfect! Delicious, healthy, filling, well presented food at only 10-15 Euros a head. In London this would have cost 3 times as much. I had veal, which was divine. The restaurant was cool and not near a busy road, which was nice. The service was so friendly I decided to leave this review!merci beaucoup!!!

We sat out on the terrace on a quiet Sunday evening and were greeted by the lovely team at Maison Beaumo. The menu has a great selection of local dishes and it was difficult to choose. Our waiter made some great recommendations and we were not disappointed. The desserts were delicious as well. We arrived at Le Wine Club and were greeted by the friendly owner. She offered loads of advice on wines we should drink. We had an excellent bottle of Rasteau (great value). We ate excellent quality sharing boards of saucisson and some lovely rillette.The owner gave some great advice on local things to see and do. We even made a restaurant reservation via her at her friend's restaurant - which was very kind of her!

We stopped in Lauris on our way to Lourmarin. We loved the village and had coffee at Bistrot Jeannette. While there we reviewed the luncheon menu and were so impressed we almost called the restaurant in Lourmarin to cancel our reservation. But, we did not. We will return to Bistrot Jeannette on our next trip!

Don't be fooled by the less than inspiring exterior, this is a fabulous place for lunch. Very attractive space inside with lots of local wines and products for sale. At lunch there are several choices to make. The formula includes meal. 3 glasses of wine!' Dessert and coffee ranging in price, from 14⬠to about 19â¬. An amazing value, very nicely presented and delicious food and great service. You can only go wrong if you miss out.
