This is not really a restaurant since it is almost not possible to eat there. But there pizze to take-away are really good. Make sure however they only use mozzarella cheese (as in France they have the tendency to put a local cheese instead).

La Souste pizzas are always good, and served in a friendly way. It's my favourite pizzeria. I can't rate the rest of the menu because I haven't tried it, but pizza at La Souste has been excellent since I first went there over 10 years ago.

We tested the delivery service and unfortunately that night, they had had a big order so it took 1h15 to deliver although we live in Forcalquier. They don't take the delivery address when your order, leaving the delivery person to call you when the pizza is ready but this delays matters further so improvement to be made there. But the pizzas were delicious and they make my favourite: speck and roquette. The other one was Armenian. Budget 25⬠for 2 large pizzas (easily feed 4). The web site on Tripadvisor is not the correct web site as it redirects you to a pizza place in Auxerre (complete different region).
