We wanted to host a dinner with customers, and asked our hotel concierge for a non-tourist restaurant with good food. Nos Amis was a great suggestion for our dinner! We sat on an outdoor terrace (the indoor dining area was small, and with beautiful weather no one was seated inside), under umbrellas. The tables were casual style (no white table cloths), and the ambiance was relaxed. The food was excellent, and the service was good, allowing us to take our time. We had Starters, Entrees and Dessert, and everything was enjoyable. The wine list was not extensive, but the wines offered were great!

We had lunch there quite a few times during our recent visit. The service is really good, very well organised and very efficient. We found the staff very friendly. It worked like clockwork there. A few other places we visited could benefit from a few lessons from the staff in L'Air du Temps. The food was always really good and there is a great selection on the menu. The mussels with the chorizo were great. The restaurant is located close to the water taxis - don't walk by, it is really good value.

The big thing about this little restaurant is that it is gluten free. That's absolutely wonderful if you need to avoid gluten, but not so good if you expect to eat tarts (for that is what they serve) that taste like they were made with "regular" pastry. There is quite a big difference that those who are familiar with gluten will notice immediately. On the other hand, if you are coeliac and need to stay away from gluten, this is a wonderful place to come and eat because the owners absolutely guarantee that everything is GF. And the tarts taste good too, even if some of the combinations might seem a little strange at first glance. Tarts are both savory and sweet and both taste very good. Worth trying if you're in the area.
