welcome to Nancy et Michael's restaurant .French cuisine revisited et front house lovely and cosy discribe our restaurant .After work in france , switzerland ,england ,we have stopped to briançon for the happyness to our future custumers .Hope to see you
We had a wonderful lunch in this thoughtfully decorated restaurant - the ambience is intimate and not overbearing. If you don't want to trouble yourself too much with the menu , you could choose from 2 very reasonably priced set menu offered. Which was what we did. From the mushroom appetisers to first course of mackerel and scallops with carrot sorbet to main course of grilled seabream (crispy skin and juicy inside) and lettuce (Pak choi when available), Chef Michael has made the food exquisite in that your palate is brought through different flavours perfectly put together - complex yet balanced. The dessert of pineapple and pear ravioli is so wonderful - zesty and smooth at the same time, I was thinking about it even the next day. My friends and family had rabbit maki, black pork (fantastic sauce!) and finished w rhubarb and cheese cake ! Equally amazing dishes. Michael and Nancy made time to chat with us after the meal. Such friendly people. Two thumbs up (if only I had more thumbs!) for this husband-and-wife run restaurant. It more than deserves its high ranking in TripAdvisor. Indeed, a British couple we met in Briancon told us this restaurant is the best in Briancon. We cannot agree more!

Fantastic food, excellent quality and value for money. Portions were big, and staff extremely friendly. Unfortunately my husband does not eat raclette or fondue, so I could not have that. I was green with envy of the couples with their private raclette grill . Talk about cheese overload. But I'll recommend it to anyone. We had the the 32 euros 'set' menu, which had good choices and huge portions. If we stayed longer, I'd go every night to try something different. But book. It's popular

Odd one this. Mixed atmosphere. Friendly, but disinterested service. Busy, but tables carefully kept for regulars. There are pictures on the tourist menu. Itâs almost like two restaurants in one. Avoid the non- Hautes-Alpes classics, which are a little mean and landed quickly, but badly with all of us. Go for the generous looking pierrade and cook yourself happy; Wife loved her crepe, deserts otherwise functional. We could have been regulars, but disappointed, will carry on down to the foot of the gargoyle from now on.

We enjoyed the delicious crepes here, but wish we'd known how huge they were. We easily could have gotten 2 crepes and shared them between the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Nice dinner with outdoor seating and good service at reasonable prices.

Very good service, well looked after. Good portions of food, not too big, not too small. Very good value for money. Great location

Le Loup Blanc, in a mountain frame... we shall appreciate, on its very sunny terrace with beautiful sight to mountain or near the cheminey, its sophisticated cuisine and its mountain specialities (delicatessen, cheese, raclettes, tartiflette, fondues...)
Wonderful restaurant - though pricey, it was worth the cost. We had some delicious food in the evening, particularly the seafood. Looking at the menu they do some quite reasonably priced menus for lunch which if I was not out all day ski-ing I would definitely want to try out. Lovely atmosphere, warm and cozy with sheepskin rugs and interesting objects everywhere. Very well presented food and very friendly and helpful service. Just delicious!!!

We travelled two families to Serre Chevalier and had one of many skiing lunches here. The staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely one of our top 3. We had burgers, sallad and a steak, and the kids enjoyed a nice spaghetti bolognese and some average chicke nuggets.

If you visit Serre Chevalier, you must book an evening at this extremely genuine French restaurant. The owner and staff are wonderfully nice. They present the entire menu orally to all guests and the charm is huge. You pick your own wine and open with the opener at their table. There is everything from the French food and a lot of the ingredients are local. Everything tastes great and here is everything you want in French cuisine. Terrains of different kinds seem to be a specialty. Steak Tartar, Grilled Chicken, Fois Gras, Snails, Wonderful Desserts such as Tarte Tatin, Rhubarb Pie, Chocolate Fondant, Chocolate Mousse. They also had Lamm that night with lenses. It was an experience to eat here and I really recommend this cozy restaurant that has few tables and you have to book before. This restaurant also only takes cash, not cards.//Mats Samaras, Stockholm, Sweden
