My wife and I had enjoyed dinner here. We got some appetizers of spring rolls and some boiled dumplings which were very good, and had an entree of Szechuan chicken with vegetables on rice. The food is made fresh to order. Overall we enjoyed the entree, though the chicken was slightly overcooked and they could have added more broccoli, which we had paid for as an add-on. The restaurant is not fancy, but seems clean and has small tables along both the walls and stool top seating by the window. If you are visiting in Charlottetown, this restaurant is nice option if you want some Asian food for a change of pace from seafood or other more traditional options.

Enjoy the best of Vietnamese cuisine in a warm and well-decorated restaurant
Nice and conveniently located across from the Confederation Centre of the Arts. The ambiance is nice. The pho is fairly basic with only some small meatballs and medium rare beef. It would have been nice if tea was included and perhaps more stuff in the Special Pho like tripe and other meats as well as bean sprouts. Nevertheless, it was good. The fresh rolls were good although the peanut sauce was quite thick - almost like peanut butter. The hot sauce also seemed quite tame. All in all, a good place to grab pho while downtown.

We arrived in Charlottetown after a long drive from Toronto and this was the only restaurant we could find closeby that was still open at 9.45. They were just about to close the kitchen but were kind enough to pack a variety of take out for us; chicken pad Thai, chicken strips, mango salad, and a noodle dish of some sort (forget the name). The food was plentiful and all 7 of us were very happy with the quality. The price was great too - - - $60 total. Amazing value!

Three of us ate lunch here and were all impressed with the taste and quality of the food. Small but sparkling clean dining area. Loved the menu on the wall with pictures of the food. The man behind the counter seemed like the owner and was very friendly. We did not wait very long for our food. We all thought that the food was a good value. If I lived here it would be one of my go to places.

Wandering around Charlottetown today and stumbled on the Siagon Bistro. Wow. So happy we did! Super friendly, family run business. Their children were learning how to serve and was great! We ordered salad and spring rolls as well as the Ginger Beef to share...then ordered a second ginger beef. It was all delicious! Next we are in Charlottetown we will come back! Highly recommended!

This was our first visit toThe Noodle House, we wanted to try a different restaurant from our regular one! The restaurant is clean and bright, the food not so great! The rice was tasteless, chicken balls over cooked and full of batter, egg roll & ribs just ok. The only time I have ever eaten off a partioned plate was in a food court, surely not in a sit down restaurant, did not like it! First and last visit!

After looking at many restaurants in the neighbourhood, I decided to come here. It was my first visit. When I came in I seated myself. Looking around the restaurant was nearly full, which is always a good sign. There are several choices for the $10 lunch. I asked for the sushi combo which is sushi with a California roll. It also comes with Japanese salad and miso soup, and is served in a bento box. I used the wifi while I waited. My bento box came and to my surprise it had all of the above plus japchae and some crab tempura. This is a very popular restaurant with friendly service and definitely a good value with their lunch special. As I was leaving I saw several other people eating the same sushi lunch special that I had ordered.

Authentic Japanese food has arrived in Prince Edward Island. Discover the art and heart of Japanese cuisine at Hojoâs, located in historic downtown Charlottetown. Welcoming and relaxed, Hojoâs Japanese Cuisine offers an unparalleled dining experience that
The food was very good for sure. The iPad ordering made the experience speedy. Almost too speedy in fact. The atmosphere was also not one to encourage lingering. However, our server Gerald made the experience truly delightful. He was so engaging and helpful....far more so than the original man who seated us. Once Gerald came along, it was delightful!

Sometimes you will find that Asian restaurants will "dumb down" their food for the north American palette. I found this restaurant to be very authentic. The people were very nice and the food was excellent. The food came reasonably quick and was delicious. The restaurant itself is not very attractive but what Asian restaurant is. Pricing was decent and the portions were large.

The Splendid Essence is a congregation of all kinds of beauty and splendor inside an exquisite cottage. The restaurant on the first floor offers trendy and gourmet vegetable dishes and an assortment of Chinese teas and beverages in a cozy and congenial atm
Splendid essence has easily taken the spot for best restaurant in my book, The staff are nice, the prices are fair, the food is great and the atmosphere is excellent, and on top of all this they support great foundations, like the free-ranch buffalo ranch in PEI. I would definitely say my favourite food on the menu is the boiled dumplings, and my favourite drink would be the cold coconut milk tea.
