Served already used packets of sugar, creamer in the room; all dispensers in the shower that was supposed to have soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty; very difficult to open the shower door from inside (heavy glass with no handle); On the good side - bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked

Very Happy with my stay
Reviewed By Canadiantraveller014Needed a new hotel for an extended stay due to a conference. This hotel was recently remodeled and I had a great stay. Staff was great, only had breakfast one day, but it was the typical Marriott breakfast. Room was very clean, beds comfortable and the room had a mini fridge. Only down side was I asked for maid service one day and did not get it. I came back from a very long day out and wanted a freshly made bed and clean towels. Front desk staff was very apologetic and did give me fresh towels. Room also does not have a bathtub, just a large walk in shower. Have already booked my room for next year~

FASLE ADVERTISMENT: NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST!
Reviewed By LilithAngel07At first appearance you couldn't even tell that there's a hotel in their location because the front of the hotel is shutdown, the main entrance is on the side of the building and the color of the hotel building is dark Grey giving off an abandoned building look at first glance. Once inside the room we noticed it was cleaner and bigger then we expected so that uplifted my spirits slightly. But then the light on the left side of the bed started to flicker on and off by itself. Quickly we saw that every time we got on the bed the light would flicker, still its a little disturbing, also there was white stains on the side of the TV stand. Finally THE POOL IS FALSELY ADVERTISED! THE POOL WAS AND STILL IS CLOSED FOR THIS SEASON! FALSE ADVERTISING NO FREE BREAKFAST! FALSE ADVERTISING NOT 1 PICTURE ONLINE ADDED UP WITH THE REAL LIFE OF THIS DARK AND GLOOMY HOTEL! WE GOT "HOTEL-CATFISH" SMH ?

Reviewed By JohnBCowgillI normally have good experiences at Motel 6. This was not one of them. Lots of homeless around. The halls were full of cigarette smoke and were dirty. The trash can by the elevator was not emptied. The key on my door did not work, and they could not unlock it. I had to wait for maintenance to unlock it. This happened twice. The second time, I was completely locked out without being able to get to my possessions that were in the room. That morning, the manager took a long to to unlock my door. The manager did not give me any kind of refund.

Worst hotel experience ever
Reviewed By dandydon4487I flew for the AF for 35 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This was the worst I've ever experienced. Smoke-free room smelled like the late-night poker party just left. Afraid to walk in room barefoot. Very small room, extremely small bathroom. Four-foot wide mirror beside the bed (floor to 3-ft high) was curious?? TV didn't work at all. No chairs, but really not much room for one anyway. Receptionist was very polite. Window AC worked well.
