The service was very slow, after waiting 45 minutes we said we would leave and pay the drinks we had had. The staff disagreed and became violent, pushing us around. We had to call the police to settle the matter.

Out for an evening stroll and we stopped off here for some ice cream. Neither of us could finish it, very delicious.

We stopped at Porto Cristo and wanted a light meal.
Bar Lubumba has some really good sandwiches that is perfect as a light meal.
We had two sandwiches one begett with serrano ham and cheese and one Spanish style Sandwich with serrano ham, Spanish cheese and olives.

The food is very creative and flavorful. The recipes are creative and harmonious. Our lunch was impressive and I would return in a heartbeat. A surprising but impressive find.

Was recommended this restaurant so glad we went very comfortable surroundings with a touch of class combined with Spanish authenticity makes it the perfect place to dine.
Set taster menu pleased all and they accommodated my vegetarian diet to perfection.
No hesitation in recommending the sa sal to other diners I will definitely be returning in the near future, keep up the good work and producing some of the finest cuisine I've had the pleasure of eating.

This is the best one we found in Porto Christo...food was excellent...the chef was on top form...the waiting staff were very professional and attentive, and appreciated my attempt at Spanish, and ambiance just right...even though there were very nice restaurants on either side sharing the view of marina.

Fantastic place. Lovely secluded patio. Authentic tapas Divine We had 1mixed tapas plate between us with a side of bread, aliol and olives washed down with a couple of glasses of local beer.highly recommended

Super place to stop and watch the world go by either boats or people, right by the marina . Staff are on the ball as soon as you sit down, they are there to serve you . You can sit outside or inside. Worth a visit just to see the toilet doors.

We were really looking forward to this meal having read the reviews and given 5 star ratings to two of their main TA competitors. We were however underwhelmed by the overall experience and never experienced the friendliness and warmth of other reviews even though the restaurant was by no means full and had plenty of staff on duty. There was efficiency with no engagement.
We had ham croquettes which were totally bland, had little flavour and we left more than half the portion of 8 pieces. The total star of the night was a slice of foie gras on a piece of cooking apple in a stunning broth/ sauce, this was amazing and had such complex flavours. We then had the fish paella for two, the flavours were good, but the dish was over salted, the mussels excellent but much of the other fish especially the prawns were overcooked. By comparison the night before I had prawns at Quince which were utterly amazing, juicy and moist, these were hard and dried out due to overcooking. The comprehensive wine list was good and we enjoyed a lovely local wine called OBAC from the 2015 vintage.
This was nearly £100 for a meal and we were left underwhelmed, the weather didn't help as it was very windy and the rain came on as we were leaving so may have preoccupied the staff, but hey they are professionals. We are going back to Quince and also the amazing Tr3nt1 before we go where the overall experience at a similar price point was outstanding.
