A small, atmospheric restaurant serving top quality food. One can leave here with an expensive Bill, however in our group of 8 we ordered two Entrees to share, four Mains to share with a large bowl of special rice plus a large bowl of vegetables and nothing more was needed....apart from a delightful Alto Aldige white from the north of Italy and a Paringa Peninsula pinot. My companion thought that the Bill was reasonable for such fine dining.

Great little restaurant that has been an institution in Brighton for years. Never has the standard dropped with food or service. Has a function room upstairs that is perfect for small medium parties etc. Their lunch special is excellent value and delicious. Can’t go wrong here.

We visited Mahjong for a team lunch. Absolutely delicious food. We ordered dumplings, duck pancakes, amazing pork belly, steak and yummy fried rice. Also treated ourselves to dessert - super yummy banana fritters.Served hot, great portions and didn’t have to wait too long for our meals.Nice, warm and cozy environment. Would highly recommend!Cant wait to return and order the same dishes!
