The service ,food & experience here are tops for Baton Rouge. We started with some Crab Cakes & finished with an original Cheese Cake that were excellent but everything in between was what makes this place special. The staff is warm & attentive. The Steaks are the best to be found. We tried the Cowboy Ribeye & Mashed Potatoes with Creamed Spinach.Sharing everything & it was more than enough.

We were in Baton Rouge for the Alzheimer's Walk and I googled to see if perhaps there was a Cafe du Monde there. Coffee Call came up and, even better, we were only 4 minutes from it! They had something I had never tried: Beignet Fingers which are just as they sound... long strips of fried bliss. The employees are great! They even fried up a fresh batch for me so they would be piping hot! My bag of beignets must have contained a pound of powdered sugar! Delicious! It had been years since I had eaten beignets!

This restaurant offers specials every day of the week and a order from menu. It is set up to run people thru quickly, the specials are all made up in a to go container so you specify chicken ( boom your handed a BBQ chicken dinner ) and others accordingly to your order.
I would try again and order something Cajun instead of BBQ and maybe that would be better.
Price is reasonable and service friendly.

Tonys is the local standard for the best boiled crayfish. Its also best for fresh catfish. You can pick them swimming and get them cleaned if you insist. They serve lunches. To take out and have many unusal as well as lical favorites. A taste not to miss.

PJ's is only a couple of minutes walk from the Louisiana Old State Capitol museum. I didn't try the coffee, but the mango smoothies were delicious and refreshing.

Loved this place. Service top notch. Atmosphere - great. Food - exquisite. We tried the fried eggplant appetizer, the spring rolls, the Brie soup, the crab cakes, baked oysters, everything was delicious. Then we got the duck and the lobsters which were really good too. The only thing I didn’t like was the bread pudding. Too sweet and dense for me but maybe that’s just me. I loved everything else.

Based on internet recommendations that this was the best seafood restaurant in Baton Rouge, we went there for dinner with high hopes. Skip to the appetizers. I ordered the fried alligator bites. My wife ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms. The mushrooms were okay, I make better, and the alligator bites were so salty I couldn't eat. When the server returned, I sent them back and got a cup of Gumbo instead. The gumbo was pretty good, but again I can make better. After our experience with the appetizers we decided to pass on dinner. There is much better food in Baton Rouge.

Albasha Greek & Lebanese Restaurant in Baton Rouge is one of the best places to eat especially if you like Greek and Lebanese food. Service is excellent and food is not that expensive. We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed.
