Discover Restaurants offering the best Fusion food in Gdansk, Pomerania Province, Poland. One of Poland’s most beautiful cities, Gdansk, on the Baltic Sea, has played major roles in history, especially in the 20th-century. It was the 1939 flash point of World War II, and then in 1980, the birthplace of the Solidarnosc labor movement, ushering the end of Communist domination in Eastern Europe. Gdansk’s Old Town, painstakingly reconstructed to its Hanseatic League glory after being leveled in World War II, is a highlight. The 14th-century Town Hall houses the city’s historical museum.

NIESZTUKA is a Neo bistro where local, seasonal, top quality products meet influences from around the world.
Amazing surroundings and really friendly staff which all adds to the experience. Really relaxed environment and not at all stuffy.I had the Scallops to start - a much larger portion than I expected and each flavour within the dish came out very well. My husband had the Ramen which was very autumnal and warming. I had Halibut and he had steak - both were delicious with well matched accompaniments. The Halibut was cooked perfectly. My only complaint was that they only have one desert on the menu, which was baked fruit and once we ordered it to share - I couldnât really complain as it was delicious. It was the most expensive meal we had in Gdansk but it was well worth it. We had a bottle of wine, glass of Prosecco to start, 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 desert and coffees for just over 500 PLN.

As with many port cities, GdaÅsk has always been a cosmopolitan place, home to an array of different cultures and tastes. This Thai & Lao restaurant by the Motlawa River proves that this is still the case. Diners here get to enjoy authentic Oriental cuisi
The restaurant boasts a vast variety of great choices. The menus are beautifully crafted. The service was wonderful and the restaurant is child friendly. After our order was delayed we received some free cocktails. I had the Amok. It was tasty but not as good as I had in Siem Reap. The physical menu requires a mention. It was just stunning. There was beautifully drawn pictures of the cuisine.Thank you for writing your opinion. We are surprised by a fairly low rating, but we are glad that you liked everything and the service was great! :)

I've visited Filharmonia several times.Few years ago they offered molecular kitchen and that was really different and tasty.Unfortunately they serve now regular food, nothing special not on this price level.Nice but not experienced staff. We eat much better at Gospoda (Plac ZebraÅ Ludowych in Gdansk) and we paid less than a half what we had spent in Filharmonia.

After 2 years of being vegan, trying vegan restaurants, normal restaurant with vegan options, and me vegan chef ( food from every restaurant was worst than our at home). That restaurant is the best we discovered by traveling with our van traveling life style by Switzerland, Germany and Poland. Big bravo for cooks, waitresses, and concept you made! If you are vegan and looking for vegan alternative, that the only one! Thank you :)))))))

We are glad to know how much you enjoyed yourself. Please come again and not just for breakfast. We change our menu three times a year, so please ask our staff what's new the next time you come around.

We visited the restaurant few nights ago and had an amazing experience. We tried the testing menu and it surprised us. Typical Polish products like beetroots and buckwheat elevated to the next level. The price was 198 PLN per person and we added some wine with it, so the total was around 580 PLN. Excellent quality-price ratio. Recommend it 100%

We established our restaurant out of a passion for combining flavors. We add a French twist to a modern and meticulous approach to Polish cuisine, leaving out the frogs and snails. Winne Grono (Fertile Vine) seeks to revitalize classic cooking. As to our
We ate here last night. The restaurant has a warm, traditional interior. We were seated upstairs, which I think is preferable to downstairs and we were in the window so the best table in the house (in my opinion) looking over St Maryâs Basilica. We had French onion soup and scallops. Scallops particularly good (though rich). We both had the sea bass which was perfectly cooked and served with delicious buttery mange tout. Creme brûlée and chocolate fondant to finish off. All delicious. We saw others being served lovely looking meat courses, though they looked filling and we fancied a dessert. We were given a couple of digestifs, raspberry vodka and goldwasser, which was a nice touch. Would definitely go back and heartily recommend. Suggest booking in advance as we saw quite a few people being turned away (Iâd booked a couple of weeks in advance) as we were keen on trying both this restaurant and the one in the number one TA spot (tonight!)
